Does the job.
This headset does what it says on the tin, however, me being a right handed person and used to wearing a headset in work on my right ear, I would have preferred the option to switch which side I wear the headset. This is designed for your left ear due to the position of the mic/mouthpiece. Got used to it in the end, and works perfectly for gaming with my friends. Can get a bit sore wearing it for a while, but think that can only be a benefit to reduce the amount of timing infront of the telly.

Happy son, happy mum
Bought for my son so he can chat to his friends while playing. I've not used it myself but from the grunts I received in reply to my questions he seems perfectly happy with it! It looked a bit chunky when he first got it out of the box but having seen other thinner types I'm hoping this is gong to be a lot sturdier & last longer. Once it was on his head the cushioning looked very comfortable. That's as much as I can say really but if there was anything wrong with it he'd of moaned by now!

stealth headset for xbox 360/one
I bought this as a replacment for a faulty more expensive headset i bought for my son for christmas that was just for xbox one.I wasnt till i got them home and reilised that even thought they are supposed to work with xbox one they dont come with the stereo headset adapter they were out of stock in argos so hunted around various shops and managed to get one but unfortunatly i still havnt got the little wire fitting so until i manage to get one of those they are useless

Item wrongly described on Argos site.
This headset is not correctly listed on the Argos site, it says it is compatible with the xbox360. It actually requires an adaptor to make it work with the 360, and that adaptor is NOT available from Argos! I reserved it after reading the online description, then travelled out of town via public transport to my local Argos collect it, only to discover it would not work! = One very sad autistic child who was promised a new working headset!

As it states.
I thought these would be pretty useless considering they're reasonably cheap, but I've had no problems with them so far. Decent sound quality (mono; chat only), fairly comfortable (can be adjusted to fit) and decent mic/speaker. My only 'complaints' would be that I've been told that people can hear a buzzing feedback sound from the mic through their headsets. Overall, worth the price and does the job expected for such.

Left side headset
Product is perfect for its purpose, it would be best to note that this is not your normal headset and the single headphone/microphone sits on the left hand side and not the right hand side as I am used to (and you cannot twist alternate sites like most headsets), where as this does not affect its quality at all it wasn't what I would have chosen if I had known which side I would have to wear it on.

Sleek look
I chose these because my daughter has a habit of breaking the folding type or anything where the earcup moves independently from the head band. These are pretty much one piece solid all round. We did initially have issues with connection but it turned out it was due to a faulty controller (a known Xbox one S controller fault). All works perfectly with the new controller.

gaming headset for xbox one and 360
Bought this product for my son who is an avid online gamer on xbox 360. The quality of the headset is excellent.The clarity and sound of the headphone is very good. It adjusts to fit any size head and is comfortable to wear. It is a very robust headset. I have been very happy with this product and it was value for money. I would recommend this product.

Quality headphones at a low price!!
Cannot complain with this purchase, I bought these for my 10year old nephew who actually goes through a pair of headphones in a week, these have so far given me much more value for money he has so far had them for 3weeks and they are still going strong. The design is also very comfortable for him. Altogether I'm very happy with my product.

Stupid headset
This headset plays the game sound as well as chat. There is no way to turn off the game sound which overpowers the chat, so you can only hear chat when there is no sound in game. Also it does not stop the sound coming from my speakers so having the game sound come through the headset aswell makes it too loud. Pointless device 0/10

Good value basic headset
Basic headset, reasonably robust and reasonable quality audio given the low price. Has one earpiece so the kids CAN still hear you when you yell at them to turn the xbox off. Bought as a replacement for the same model that survived more than 2 years heavy use including being chewed by cats and frequently sat on by humans.

Very good headset.
Headphones work really well. They have a good sound quality and are quite comfortable and easyily adjusted. Only downside i would say is that sometimes the game sound does not play through the headset, only the party chat, which is annoying. Would reccomend for xbox one and for anyone who wants cheap, good headphones.

Xbox gaming head set
I would recommend this to people due to its cheap and has a very good quality. I brought a headset for about £70 and the quality of the one I brought from Argos was just as good for only like £12.99 it was great. The staff was quick at getting my product and giving it to me and was also very polite.

Good ear warmer.
If I were playing games outside, in the cold, like kids used to back in the day, then these would be perfect. Sound quality is great, they look good, and are certainly comfortable. The only thing they need is some breathable/cooling material instead of the foam on the earpiece and they'd be perfect.

I'm afraid we Had to return this item
We had to return it because we needed a connector to work with the Xbox. To buy that as well cost more than buying an Xbox branded head set. So can't comment on quality. However they were helpful in the shop, but. They had limited info on the product. Even though they looked it up.

Xbox headset
Says it works with xbox 360 in catalogue but when my son got it home it wasn't compatible. Could of bought a special adapter online elsewhere but my son would of had to wait longer so took it back and ordered another one which was out of stock so paid extra for same day delivery .

2 faulty pairs returned
My son bought these for his xbox. The first pair became faulty within 2 weeks and the second pair a week after, both had issues with the microphone. They were robust and well made but disappointing, swapped these for same priced turtle beach set. 2 weeks in, no issues with those.

Headphones Do the job but not the best
These headphone were okay apart for the first pair I had to take back due to the mic not working and I found they had a slight cracking and abit of a echo but that weren't a problem when you turned it down abit. I still use them because they do the job for the price I paid

This head set needs an adapter to work on the xbox 1, this is not stated in the write. This item was bought as a present and as it doesn't state it needs an adapter we did not know which adapter we would need. we had to return the head set and buy a more expensive one.

Not for xbox one
Product says it is for xbox one. However, the end of the wire is the same as a headphone jack and there is no where this can be plugged into on a xbox one pad. You have to buy an additional adapter to make it compatible with xbox one. Waste of time and money.

Great product
This is perfect for my 12 year old. The choice of colour makes it look like it's made for xbox by Microsoft. Really great value for money and it does exactly the same as headsets more than twice the cost of this one. I would recommend this to anyone.

second one and broke
This is my second one as the first one broke the same day I bought it now a week on this one has done the same, it's going back today, and I will be upgrading to a better made one or getting my money back not impressed with the build quality at all.

Took a while to connect
Bought for my 10 year old to use on Xbox. He tried to set up himself and subsequently the mic wasn’t working. Went on YouTube to troubleshoot problem and now works. Set up instructions could have been better but seems to work well now.

Headset looks good and is comfy, but very flimsy!
My 10 year old son bought this headset for his Xbox, but within 3 weeks the headband broke. Argos told us that they could not replace the headset with a new one, as it was "general wear and tear"i.e. not covered by the warranty. Avoid!!!
