Looks Good material quality good BUT

Looks Good material quality feels good and comfortable BUT! I don't know but these heavy-duty headset don't make nothing better, the audio in these headphones is soft, i buy these head phones thinking i can at least have the volume turn on half on the intercom but even when max you bearlly hearing the other person. I am disappointed, i expect better for so much money
