I am satisfied with the purchase.
Overall I am satisfied with the purchase. It looks like it was an opened-box item, but I didn't notice anything was missing nor damaged. It's normal practice for retailers to inspect returned items for visual damage, re-package them and sell these returned items as new.

Super neat console
Got this as an upgrade for my Xbox One S. B&H had it on sale for 250. It came in perfect condition. Really cool controller and the system looks awesome too. Makes several different sounds upon powering on. FedEx delivery had a couple hiccups but overall fantastic deal. Will buy from B&H again.

BH great but Xbox issue
Nothing to do with BH which has a great price, but the Xbox has Bluetooth connectivity issues. My controller and headset will regularly disconnect and reconnect and disconnect over and over

4K & Dolby Atmos can't go wrong!
I owned an X-Box 1 which crapped out from internal issues even though I never moved it. It never worked right after not paying for X-Box Gold for a couple of months. I read a lot of bad things on You-Tube about the platform. I was hesitant to buy this but getting to play 4K movies AND play my old X-Box 1 video games in Hi- Res made it the smart choice. The price was sweet at $300.00 with a hundred dollar pair of headphones thrown in. I would have paid more than that for a 4K dvd player.

Not as massive an improvement as I expected...
Well, I am not able to take advantage of the really high-end 4k stuff and enhanced games (yet), but I have to admit that I expected the speed of this machine to make a massive difference anyway... especially in terms of loading time. Really, this box feels no different than the Xbox One (first generation) did in terms of loading. No difference at all. I upgraded my 1st gen Xbox One to the X finally since I can now enjoy 4K resolution. This comes with 2K20, and a trial pass for game pass and xbox live. Only thing I would complain about is the fact that the power cord is shorter than the 1st gen which makes it difficult arrange your placement. It could have been better...
I am really happy with my purchase and the price is on point, not to mention the fast shipping however, the item was poorly packed. The XBOX One X is a heavy system and leave it in a box with little to no protection is not a good idea. As a result, one of the corner of the box is damage. I would have loved to receive my purchase in pristine condition but oh well

Worth The Incremental Upgrade
Ive had an Xbox One S 1TB version for a few years now. Loved the 4K upscaling of games and native 4K video from the few streaming apps that do it. Sold my One S to upgrade to this. Couldnt be happier. Games load faster. Play smoother. The resolution is SO MUCH better than the ONE S. Setting it up is a pain...
Once set up, it does a great job on my 4K TV...I trying set it up I got tangled in the new user/ established user...when I entered my Hotmail account information, the first response was "Invalid email" choose another...so I used my home email and the response was..."already taken"....so I used another email that I had and it took it, but then It wanted a new password and message tele number. Such a great console
Great addition to my 4K setup. A must if you're looking for a game console and 4K bluRay player in one. I know it technically isn't as good as a top end 4K BluRay player, but I couldn't see any issue in the slightest. In love with this thing.
