475B Tripod Legs (Black) by Manfrotto
The product looks sturdy and well made. However it did not come with an adapter that wouls allow cameras with different bases to attach to it. I purchased this product to hold a Gigapan system and I have to get an adapter to hold it. What a pain.

"Old School Stability". A very nice set of legs.
This tripod provides the stable foundation that I need for my night photography. It supports the extra weight of my rigs and gives me a feeling of confidence during the shoot. I love it. Just don't plan to take it on long hikes, it's a beast.

Heavy and Stable
Exactly what I was looking for: heavy and stable and great height. I have it for only 2 weeks now and used it at a few occasions. Nothing to complain about. I have two other Manfrotto tripods and love the quality of the manufacturing.

Best Tripod Ever.
It's heavy and stable. The geared column makes changing camera height simple and fast. I shoot sport teams and individuals and this works great. I have several tripods that cost a lot more but this beats them all.

Heavy but worth it ...
Once you tote the Tripod with a Manfrotto 405 head and a Canon 1DS III plus pro lens onto your real estate shoot you can cancel your trip to the gym. It is steady provided you lock all your set screws.

I've had one of these for about 5 years so when I needed to add a 2nd tripod there was no doubt what I was going to get. Great Tripod. Great for video work. A little heavy, but that's okay.

Great Tripod, service
It's a great tripod for supporting my 70D, 80D canon cameras and Tamron 150mm-600mm lens. The column crank is a big reason I bought this tripod as it makes adjusting the center column easy.

Used with Winberley Gimbal-type head. Very stable and easy to adjust. I like the geared center column to make final height adjustments. Bubble level on the column neck is convenient.

These tripod legs are solid.
I use this tripod in my studio, so the weight of them is not much of an issue. It is a bit hefty to move around. Height adjustments are easy and precise. I would buy it again.

Chunky, But Stable
I bought the 475B tripod legs as a platform for a pano head. The 475B legs are big and heavy, but are quite stable, even when it is windy out.
