Great and useful
Turn on the radio with your voice, or ask the weather, the time, or the time of dusk with your voice. Very useful. If you have home auto stuff it will let you turn that on and off too.

Good for some things
I bought this for my elderly mother as I had heard they were good for pill reminders. It does do the reminders, and it plays the radio and tells her the weather but... it was an extraordinarily frustrating struggle to get it set up. No elderly person would be able to do this themselves and would need a tech savvy helper to do it for them. You need a smart phone or tablet to set up the app. Support docs are not easy to follow and the chat help misleading, they don't know their own product.

Simple to use and great piece of tech!
This is a great piece of tech, that is also so small but attractive so fits in with any decor, in any small space. So simple to set up, so its simply plug and go really! It's a great subtle colour that looks great in any room. Ideal for teenagers, those studying and also the older generation (I also purchased one for my 83 year old mum, who uses it to do crosswords and listen to old songs). I

My light is on my demand
Need to shout when music playing , but I am happy with my device. Microphone should be upgraded to be more sensitive.

It's one of the best Google home I have ever used
All I can say it's really good my first Google home it is really useful in the home music news search anything you want and it's one of the best to set up very easily loved it hopefully il be getting a couple more of them for around the house it's really easy to use

Great little gadget
I highly recommend that the buyer of this product subscribe to premium Spotify to make the Google home experience the best it can be. Even if you don't, it's still quite fun and useful

Google mini
Really pleased with purchase of Google mini from Argos. Very quick and easy to find product and info on Argos website, reserved it and was able to pick up locally same day. Thoroughly recommend Google Mini. Easy to set up and for price has a good sound quality. Using free radio station could play Christmas songs. We also had great fun using the free music quiz and festive quiz during our Christmas family get togethers as the questions covered all our generations as it ranged from 60s - 2010.

Much better than anticipated
My son in the States ( he owns two) wanted to buy me as a Christmas present. I really didn’t know anything about it and wasn’t keen. However, it was easy to set up and I love it. I can ask for any music I want to listen to at any time and I’m sure I will be using it a lot in the future.

looks good but service offering limited
looks good and very responsive and easy to setup. the big issue i have with this is the services offered like playing music require a premium subscription service which can mount up to get everything you want and see advertised like Netflix, Spotify and a chromecast.

Xmas present
Bought as a Christmas present for my 7 year old son, he loves it's as do the whole family. It's easy to use, sounds great and looks ok too. I bought one for my mother also who thinks its great!

Great value for money and sounds great
Great value gadget and the sounds of the music was so good we bought another two,one for the grand kids 4&5 year olds so proof that they are easy to use. As good if not better than the alternative type, at less than half the price.

This is a great little gadget. Saves keep picking up my phone. I don’t use it to play music but I’ve heard music from it & it actually sounds ok, would be ideal for music for a small kitchen. Ours is in the lounge about 2m from the sofa & the range works perfectly even when the tv is on, it even heard me from upstairs when I was taking to my phone. I use it for answers, sums, reminders, timer, quiz’s, news, weather etc.. It plays a fun quiz with you if you ask it if it loves you haha
