I work with two of these machines on a daily basis, averaging 180,000 discs run per year. The machines worked flawlessly for 31 months, than they started to break down; drive failures, robotic arm failures, and firmware corruption. Getting them repaired is the hard part, every time they comeback from Microboards, they work less and less efficiently.
