I use this for supporting a laser level when I hang exhibitions. It is the best solution I have found, by far, for this purpose. Great height, and quick to adjust. Stable and sturdy but it's a lightweight tripod so not suited for large cameras or heavy lenses. Remarkably well engineered for the money. I am buying a second one.

Tripod goes alot taller than expected, and still packs up nicely. Is very sturdy and the ball head works great.
