I found it difficult to connect to the digi box and the remote stuck. The man at Phillips said he would send a new remote but they did not sell the connection I required!! Still have not got the connection I need

It’s a great television with simple features. It doesn’t have smart TV, but it has very good quality picture, sound could be a bit better, but it’s not terrible. I easily could connect all accessories and enjoy the audio and vision.

Great product
Tv is amazing! 100% - love it, great for tv radio and music. If you like video games: AMAZING! Only down side is the sound but i plug the TV to the Sound system /speakers i have so for me not a big deal! But would recommend 100000%

Picture Perfect!
Very impressed, great picture, decent size screen, and importantly good price! My only slight criticism the base could be better, for example a solid rectangular or oval base...Why? Well it doesn't sit on my TV stand which means I'll have to buy another one, and yes I should have measured up first!!

Better than expected
Perfect slim HD TV with optical output. I had no need for 4k or built in freeview and for my budget this was a clear winner. Thankfully it has met all expectations. I cant rate the sound quality as I use a soundbar but it seemed decent when I first turned the TV on.

Had to return it...
Having established the size of our TV stand and the amount / type of ports we needed on a new TV, we got this TV. It was light to carry and installation fairly straight forward, but when we went to place it onto our TV stand, the feet went off the edge and, therefore, the TV was unstable. I measured the stand feet distance and it was around 20cm wider than what the website photo said. It also didn't have CVBS Y/Pb Pr ports or 3 HDMI ports as stated on website. Sound quality poor too. Returned.
