The Sony headphones were purchased to replace a different manufacturers version (that I have had for a few years). They work quite well and do the job. At times they suffer a bit of interferance from somewhere (the previous ones never did). For the price, not bad.

This product is not compatable with my television set. My TV does not have a required socket for this item, therefore it needs to be returned to store,where a more appropriate item can be exchanged,apart from this slight problem this item feels comfortable though a little larger than required.

I had to return these, although the sound quality was good, there was some interference from other sources, but the biggest problem is the size and weight of them, they are huge, felt like I had a couple of buckets stuck to my head

the service was very good as usual and the delivery prompt . the driver polite. the head phones are easy to connect up ,and confortable to wear .the sound is very good .the only down side is that it takes too long to recharge the batteries

Sound quality was good, but they are like ear defenders, far too big for my liking. This may well be necessary because of the equipment inside them, but it didn't suit me personally. The range was also very good, I tested them to about 50m.

Perfect for watching t.v in the bedroom while hubby is sleeping. A bit bulky on my head but no ones going to see them so not a big deal. Good sound and got them at a reduced price so all in all i'm happy with my purchase.

Easy to set up,use and charge. I bought these for my 90yr old mum whose hearing aids have stopped working and we couldn't get anyone to visit her at home because of Covid. She couldn't hear the tv and as she is isolated this couldn't have happened at a worse time. Now she can hear the tv perfectly

These headphones say adjustable headband? My headphones just fall off my head and ears if I move, how can I make them tighter so that I can move my head freely, I like to do housework whilst wearing them so I'm moving around the house and the headphones just fall off my head ?

Considering its a Bluetooth Headset this did not connect to my Iphone. I tried all the possible options of connecting, bluetooth, wifi, NFC etc but nothing worked. So returned to store. I must admit, Argos were brilliant with the exchange. No quarms just a straight swap. Thanks Argos : )
