Good product
Good piece of Manfrotto equipment. I bought this plate to replace a lost one. I do not regret the purchase!

Top quality material
As alway Manfrotto has built a high quality product. This is a large size to fit my full size DSLRs. I don't ever have to worry about broken parts.

Fit perfectly
Once I received the Quick Release Plate, it fit right into place on my Manfrotto 405 head, all ready for my upcoming projects.

My favorite Manfrotto QR Plate.
I love the Manfrotto 410 system so much that I own six of them. They are strong, stable, quick and durable. The flat wide design works well in conjunction with the base for greater stability.

RC4
I do like the RC4 system for my K1 with larger and heavier lenses, it is a fine MF tripod system with not too much weight for that kind of quality.

Good fit, solid.
Good fit, solid mounting plate with 2 screw sizes. Wider than most standard DSLRs by about a half inch which can be annoying but fits well for medium format cameras. If you have a Manfrottto tripod head that fits the 410PL mount, this is a very good deal.

I have several plates.
I use the 410PL on the gear head and a ball head with the RC4 Quick Release System. Much easier to switch between Hasselblad bodies with lenses mounted.

Works perfectly
I got a great craigslist deal on a tripod with the head missing the quick release plate. No worry - I knew I could count on finding the exact part at a good price at B&H. This is it.

Buying a second one of these allows quick camera changes
I can leave my tripod angle set and sway cameras without a bunch of unscrewingthat's what I needed.

Always good to keep a few extra on hand
I wanted a few extras of these so I could keep one on my 70-200, one on each camera body, and an extra in the bag I keep my tripod in. Well worth the price for the convenience.

Good cheap release
I have a bunch of cameras and accessories that I use on multiple different tripods, monopods, sliders and stabilizers. They all have different quick release plates. With this quick release plate, I can mount it on all of them and Boom, they're all compatible now. Down side is it can be sort of difficult to release the plate. It can take a little muscle, but that's ok I guess.

Always have a spare
I strongly recommend to everyone buying a tripod that they buy a spare plate at the same time. If you loose one you can carry on shooting, you can have one live on your long lens, you can have a backup in case you leave it attached to a battery grip for example which is not with you on the current shoot. I carry a spare in my tripod bag and it has saved me more than once.

Fits great
This QR plate is one that is used frequently around our studio. We're happy with our purchase.

Sturdy QR plate
I use this QR plate on my DSLR and other tripod accessories (positioning sliding plate) and it makes a very sturdy connection to the tripod head and easily connects and disconnects, exactly what you expect from a QR plate. It is lightweight, but a little bulky on a small DSLR. When mounted to my D5100, it does not block the battery compartment.

Great to have a backup.
This plate works well on my Manfrotto tripod head. I bought an extra one, that I leave in my gear case.

Dualing Systems
If you have two bodies on a job, it's a great idea to get a backup baseplate so your assistant can change out your camera without taking the time to remove and replace it on the next body. Speed kills on set when you want to shoot in rapid pace. Get the baseplate that fits your head. Find your head on the BH site and then look under the accessories tab. BH makes it easy.

Part of a Very Good RC4 System
I once wrote a very negative review of this plate, but most of the problems were because it needed some break in time with the tripod head. Also, I had a zoom lens that kept twisting loose and pulling the rubberized grip. It was actually a problem with the small food on the long lens. I now like the RC4 system very much. There is never any doubt when it snaps into place and it attaches and releases super fast. I'm glad I stuck with it.

Works fine
These RC4 plates are pretty big. I will replace with RC2 eventualy. Probably better suited for medium format cameras or video.

Does the job
Needed an extra one of these for my geared tripod head. Works as expected and keeps camera plenty sturdy. Exact same as one included with my tripod.

Good Release
This is a must have accessory if you purchase the Manfrotto 410 head. Works great and releases camera from tripod easily.

I would buy this product again.
This mount system is fast, easy to use, and very stable. I have a plate on all my cameras and mountable lenses in order to keep from having to switch one out every time I chage my set up.

Good plate
Great size, locks on securely and does what it's supposed to. Worth having one or two extras around.
