Great Product, Great Price
Headphones get the job done. I can listen to my music clearly with the annoying sound of the bus. Voices are even canceled to some degree. You can not make them out at least. I would highly recommend these headphones. They fit a bit tight on the ears, so if you have some big ears look elsewhere.

Not perfect, but good value.
I've tried these in a few locations and while they don't reduce office noise a tremendous amount, they were wonderful on the bus. I was at the back over the engine and the difference was amazing. I don't know if they boost the music when on, but it seems like it. Good product, great price, ...

Good noise suppression for the money
I wanted noise cancellation headphones for air travel to. These work great. It's not total silence but if you turn the noise cancellation switch on and off while wearing the headset the difference between on and off is quite remarkable. Quite comfortable for several hours wearing as well.

Good product / good value
Good quality -- nice, rich sound. Very good value for the price. The noise canceling feature works well. The only negative is that the fit is a bit tight. I found that flexing the headband back can reduce the tightness and the discomfort. I also like the fitted carry case for protection.

Supresses but does not completely cancel
Music is very good with noise cancelling on. Does not completely block ambient noise. Bought for college student to use while studying in dorm common room. Does not totally block voices when cancelling is turned on. Disappointed, as I understood it to be highly rated for that purpose.

Love 'em, but ears a little tight
...I took the phones on an international flight and they performed well - good, clear sound and the canceling function worked fine. The only thing I can find negative is that my ears felt sore after an hour or two - the cups not soft enough to prevent a tight clinching on my ears.

OK Headphones, OK Noise cancelling
These did help reduce the lower frequencies on a transatlantic flight. They fit on the ear quite well and were not too uncomfortable. But I think that the Bose Noise cancellation is better although I only tried it in store, but for the price I am happy with these.

Great on an airplane
I didn't really believe that noise-cancelling headphones could dampen airplane noise, but I wanted to try anyway. These are great! The noise does not go away completely, but it is significantly reduced. These are easy to tote and are a good value for the money.

Excellent noise cancel
Excellent noise cancellation on aiplane, bus to work, walking downtown when heavy traffic yet still enough sound so you are aware of people if they talk to you. These are a fraction of the cost of more expensive active noise cancelling headsets highly recommend

COST EFFECTIVE QUALITY
Great sound quality, average noise cancelling, excellent price, ...make this product and retailer worth return business. The only downfall to these headphones is that there is no volume control on the unit. Otherwise it's a stellar product.

Excellent audio performance
I use this headphones for travels and listen music in my room and you have a really nice Noice Cancelling sensation and great audio quality, and the best is that is for almost a 115 dolars so, you get really good headphones for this money

Good performance for price
Nice sounding headphones, however, enabling noise cancelling only seems to increase volume. Was a bit disappointed in actual noise cancelling. It did not cancel as much ambient noise as I was expecting. Still a good product for the price.

Excellent Headphones
Very nice and comfortable headphones with great fidelity and noise canceling. The detachable cord is a nice feature if you just want to use the noise canceling feature. I just used them on the airplane and they proved very effective.

Wonderful sound
I have used these headphones at the gym so far and they really do remove background noise. I am taking them on a plane for the first time, and hope they will do the job there, as the plane noise would be great to block out.

Good product, worth evey dollar.
I'm using this product in the library, to block the whispering and in the subway. Sound quality is very good. Bad things: always need to be ready with spare battery, noise cancelling and sound quality drops without power.

Great Headphones
The price of these may seem high to some. But they do the job when it comes to cancelling out that noise that you do not want to hear on the train or plane. They are good quality and are very compact and come with a case.

Not what I was expecting
Maybe I was expecting too much. I was disappointed with the noise canceling. I thought it would block out much more than it did. Not great for airline travel all it did was just slightly reduce the sounds.

Quality product at a reasonable price
The JVC noise cancelling headphones really work at eliminating background noise and the sound quality is excellent. They are also reasonably priced. I liked them so much, I bought a set for my son.

Happy Headphones
I have a hearing impairment and found these to be wonderful for blocking out ambient sound. It works well with my iPod, stereo & computer. Extremely happy.

Does the job for 1/3 cost of Bose
