Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR Camera with Canon Log and Accessory Kit

great camera
I have had the 5D Mark IV for a month now and every time I use it I like it better. I'm new the quality of camera, so it is taking me a little longer to learn. I'm enjoy learning how it was, I'm like a kid with a new toy. I would recommend this camera to every body. It is great

Stopped taking pictures properly
I used this for about 4 major shoots. The camera was taking pictures fine one day, then a few days later the pictures started to come out muddy looking and there seems to be a problem with the exposure. I am taking it into a store to get fixed tomorrow. I never expected my most expensive and new camera to have issues when my cheaper cameras haven't had any issues for the 8 years I have had them.

Awesome Camera
Made in USA, this beauty is perfect for the pro photographer. is just excellent tech in your hands (I'm will not go deep on the tech part). This is a just a practical review... This camera and the 1DX are the Canon's work horses.

A great camera
I'm new at this level of photography. I have only used EOS 5D Mark IV once. the camera worked great but I did not. I have a lot to learn but have a great camera to do it on. This kit is great it gives you a extra battery and a SD card and a camera bag a good way to get started

Live view isn't working.
Just bought this camera (new) and LIVE VIEW isn't working. It never worked, showed error 20 every time i use it. Really disappointed about canon. Will be asking for exchange and hopefully the next camera works.

Still one of the best full frame DSLRs out there
I ordered this camera the week it was released about 2.5 years ago. Upgraded from the 5D Mk III, that I felt had some minor issues with less than stellar noise in low light photography, subpar resolution and dynamic range that leaves a lot to be desired, and too few AF points. Mostly using my camera for travel photography, I also hated that I had to use a hot shoe add-on that needed a separate battery just to record GPS... Fast forward to the I... Show More

Excellent
Love this camera ! I like shooting in raw but there is no program to process them yet? Unless you use ddp 4 to process raw files but it isnt a user friendly program to use! Waiting for a program later this year to process the raw files until then will shoot

Good photos, poor video
I use this camera for about two years. Good quality of photos, much better compare to my older Mark II. However, if you want to use this camera for video, better buy any kind of Sony or Panasonic. Heavy crop factor and very low for the modern time dynamic range. I would guess, probably 12 or less. Only if you have nothing else to use for the video shot, this would be still better than nothing.

Worth the wait
I FINALLY got the camera Ive been saving for and I LOVE IT. The touch screen feature is an added bonus. I wish I did my research on what lenses are compatible because my 10-18mm does not work with this body, but that wouldnt have stopped me from purchasing it. Lightweight and superior.

Canon 5dmk iv
I have to say this is the best camera Ive owned. Very sharp and amazing dynamic range coming from the 7d.

The Best Camera I have used
The Camera has exceeded all my expatiation. Clarity, speed and pixel rating is very good. The night shots using no flash with auto iso are great easy to cleanup with post production. To me this Camera is a 5+.

A great Choice!
I used the 7D Mark II with my Canon 800mm 5.6 canon lens and did not like the low light capabilities with the 7D. I lose my 1.7 crop factor but it increases depth of field in comparison. The 4k video is crop factored so that was easy to adjust too. The Video is amazing. Wifi works great when shooting video as well using my Iphone. Autofocus is perfect, all around great camera. The image posted was taken a few days ago - Screech Owl with the 800mm canon lens at ISO 1600 - 1/5th of a second at 5.6

Great camera
Not much more to add than what people looking at it already know. It's a wonderful full frame SLR. Just buy it and enjoy

Still one of the Best
I am a stills shooter who occasionally shoots video. I have been shooting with Canon since the early 90's, and have owned all the 5D line of cameras. While many consider the 1D line canons Flagship, the 5D has to be the work horse. The reason I just now purchased the 5D mk4 is my mk3 didn't need to be replaced until recently. The only Cons I have for the mk4 are no flip screen, which would have added so much to the awesome touch screen, and the o... Show More

Not a single problem
In three years of use and thousands of pictures and videos taken: not a single problem. Great color for video, great colors for raw editing photos. Amazing autofocus, great lenses, Canon doesnt offer a lot of innovation on the products that they made, but they are reliable. Btw C-Log is not good at all, but we all knew that.

Canon 5D mark IV worth it!!
Ever since I have begun using Canon cameras, I have own the T21, the 60D, the 7D, the 7D mark ii, the 6D and 2 5D mark iii, the 5D mark iv, (not comparing the 5D mark iv, the the 5D S/R) is stands alone from each camera that I have own. The noise in low light is better, the overall picture (in camera) is better, resolution, AF is quicker, it even has more function control in the menu, I havent used it more than a few jobs, but I cannot wait to push it to the limit!!

most versatile camera
One of the best cameras in the market. Have been using this since past 2 years. Covered multiple weddings, and it has never given up on me. Check the quality of the images here http://www.brijeshkapoor.com

Best 5D yet
Upgraded from the 5D Mk III and wonder why I waited so long. I've had the 5D Mk IV for 2 weeks and so far i am very impressed. For me the best improvement so far is the improved dynamic range. Am going out for a big night shoot in 2 days and can't wait to see how it does-something tells me I will be pleasantly pleased.

Glad I upgraded
I have been shooting the 5D Mark III for a number of years and love it! I hesitated to upgrade because the biggest difference for my purposes was the auto-focus on the Mark IV in video mode, and I am just now starting to do any video at all (mostly for personal use). I shoot a lot of weddings in low light without flash, so the improved handling of noise over the Mark III has been a plus. I found the transition from the Mark III to the Mark IV to be very smooth. Overall, it was worth the upgrade. I'm keeping my Mark III as my back-up and selling my 60D.

Still fantastic
Simply amazing camera, continuing the tradition of the 5D series being the de facto professional camera. HOWEVER if you have a functioning 5DM3 and just shoot still images, do not upgrade! I shot a series of images with the 5DM3 & 5DM4, and myself and my other professional photographer colleague could not tell the difference, both in using the camera and the final images, so you can bet your clients won't see a difference either. Only thing I found was a small improvement to high ISO, but not worth the money.

Better than expectations . . .
I'm an amateur wildlife photographer and like to buy at the end of a model cycle. I have a 5DIII and 7DII for comparison and Canon did what I hoped they would do. This is a serious upgrade from the 5DIII in resolution and focus tracking (immediately apparent). It's sort of an upgraded cross between the 7DII and 5DIII with a slightly slower frame rate than the 7DII. It also works great with extenders (Canon 100-400 and Sigma 150-600 Sport). I would highly recommend this camera as it has the familiar Canon controls, legendary durability and the prices have come down.
