Great Camera - but a Disappointing Purchase
I was quite unhappy after I purchased the Canon 5D Mark IV kit. I purchased it on Black Friday to take advantage of the reduction in the sales price. However, I was shocked when I saw that 5 days later, they dropped the price by an additional $500. I thought that the Black Friday pricing should have included this change. It's a great camera!!

Just got it, but seems excellent so far!
Nice lightweight construction with a comfortable grip and easily accessible buttons. Like anything new, I've got some things I need to get used to (on/off switch on the left side rather than the right) but so far it is pretty intuitively designed and has very nice burst speeds.

As expected, well built and well designed. Light body so very easy to carry. Touch screen display strange to use at first, but quickly became a nice way to intersect with the controls as well as playback/viewing

Excellent purchase!
I've held off for a year purchasing this fine camera before biting the bullet. It absolutely meets my expectations! While it was the holiday promotional pricing that finalized my decision, I wished that I had waited for a different promotion...one that included a battery pack, rather than the cleaning kit, memory card and camera case. B&H was absolutely superior in its service and delivery of my camera, as it has always been in previous purchases. I fully trust B&H and plan to shop at this magical place for all my future photographic needs.

Solid camera

Awesome Workhorse
I upgraded my 5D Mk III with this 5D Mk IV. Ok....not completely true....I'm still using my Mk III as a backup body which is a testament to how well Canon builds these bodies. I got what I expected!
I had been waiting for a while to purchase the 5D Mk IV and I have not been disappointed. The full-frame sensor has finally done justice to my L-series glass and the images are extraordinary. The 4K video is nothing short of amazing. My kids were amazed at the clarity (and so was I)! I like the customizable menus and have set them up for my most typical shots. My professional photographer buddy wants to borrow it for his weddings as a backup camera but I know which camera will take the shots ;) Thank you B&H For the awesome fast shipping and a great price, as always.

Another great camera from Canon
Canon continues there performance on the Mark 5D series. The images quality on the Mark IV is a very nice upgrade from the Mark III. There is a great bells and whistles add to this camera, take some extra time and learn everything it can do . Only regret with always buying any equipment, purchased it on cyber Monday and 2 weeks later the price dropped $500. Still very happy with the Camera

Wonderful Full-Frame DSLR
I had already bought one 5D4 and am VERY pleased with it, and bought this second one for my 600mm Type III lens. I realize it's not quite the resolution the Nikon D850 has, but I'm already deep into Canon gear and the 5D4 is still wonderful. I'm now looking forward to the new 1DX3 body next Spring.

I bought a second one - it is that good.
This is my second EOS 5D MARK IV - There is nothing wrong with my first one. I am a wildlife photographer and this camera does the job so well that I bought a second one just in case anything should happen to my first one.

Excellent! Even better than expected.
I've been eyeing the 5D for while - saw a great price - couldn't turn it down. The camera is phenomenal - I wanted an SLR - some of the competition may have a spec or two that are better, but this is a pro camera, pro specs where you need it and it just performs like a pro. Still testing and putting it through its paces - have not been disappointed at all.

Terrific upgrade from my 6D - highly recommend!
BHphotovideo got this camera to me fast and in perfect shape. It has been an amazing upgrade from the 6D, which has also been a very good camera. This camera is very well built & highly ergonomic. All attached images captured using the Canon 17-40mm L. I highly recommend. The touch screen is a fantastic improvement, making setting changes on the fly very easy.

Worth every dollar
This camera is more than I anticipated. A tremendous upgrade from what I was previously shooting, a 5D classic. The low light capability has opened doors for me. Wish I had listened to my wife years ago and gotten off my wallet and purchased this then. Better late then never I guess.

Best Canera I Ever Owned!
This is my second Canon 5D IV. Its ergonomic and the button placement is so intuitive. I have won many shows using this camera in a multitude of genres from still life to portraiture along with landscape/seascape captures. Wildlife photos are excellent too. The 5D IV is a reliable workhorse that delivers spectacular images. Along with an armada of L lenses you can never go wrong. I also have two Canon 5D IIIs which I wont part with. When a camera can become an extension of your minds eye photography becomes an art form that freezes moments in time.

Absolutely workhorse.
Say what you want about DSLRs, but this bad boy is incredible. I am a photo guy, and dabble with video, so it more than exceeds what I need. Beautiful colors and contrast. Dual pixel auto focus is so great during video. I cant think of a reason someone wouldnt find this to be a stellar camera. Maybe a touch heavy for those that prefer a mirrorless system. It does all I need it to do and so much more! Mostly shoot portraits, weddings, and music artists.

A powerhouse full-frame DSLR for a serious amateur.
It offers all the features that a serious amateur (and, I imagine, many pros) would likely want. It's not light, but it is solidly built. Have used it for travel photography and portraits, and it delivers excellent results.
