Xyz da vinci 3d pen jams and becomes unuseable
I bought 10 of these pens. After only 3 hours of use by children under close supervision, only 3 out of 10 xyzprinting da vinci 3d pens are still working. By the end of this week they will likely all be irreparably broken. The problem is plastic jammed in the nozzle tip. Operating instructions were followed and the recommended filament was used, and filament was removed after each use. Xyz's video to unjam the pens didn't fix the problem. Buyers beware.
