I've only had the monitor for a few weeks, but so far so good. It's a great monitor for the price, that's for sure. I had to spend time going through the manual to both learn the settings and to turn off a lot of automatic or eco settings. I'll know more, though, after I use some color calibration software to check the monitor.

Perfect for my MacBook
I like that this display can be used in both landscape and portrait mode. All I need to do is turn it. I can also adjust the angle and height of the display. The base also has a nice spin mechanism so I can adjust the direction the display faces with ease. There is a speaker in the display, but you probably don't want to use it.

Good monitor for the price
The colors are great and easy to adjust and making the color calibration is simple. I use the monitor with Flux when doing worksheet or table studies and close it when making photo editing.

heavy duty
I purchased to replace a 4.5 year old NEC monitor that was on 24 hours a day. Reds are red, greens are green, blue is blue. Great product, heavy duty stand that flips the monitor both ways.

Very good home office monitor
Very good home office monitor. Great if you share it with others because it adjusts up/down, tilts, turns and swivels from landscape to portrait. Great feature set; adjust just about any way that you want but buttons take some getting used to. Image quality is excellent but back light is a bit uneven. Don't buy this monitor if you expect to use the monitor speakers, they are terrible. We're using this monitor as a second screen for our small laptop and the laptop speakers are far better than the monitor speakers.

Perfect for Photo Editing
I purchased this monitor primarily for photo editing. The resolution and wide screen is perfect for such purpose. The fact that the screen is rotatable is an added bonus. The images are sharp and it was very easy to set up. I also like the idea of energy savings.
