I use it for my Large Format camera, a Cambo CSX. It's very smooth, and easy to operate. Yet the quick release take a bit to release. Other than that it's wonderful. I only use this head for the LF.

Great Tripod
It is a wonderful tripod for a my Tamron 150-600 lense. I used it to photograph the solar eclipse almost straight overhead. The tripod center post adjusted perfectly to allow me to catch the shoots.

I like it
I use this head to photograph miniatures With a Canon 6D. It's easy to adjust to just the right angle I need. The head is very well made and the adjustments are smooth. I'm happy with my purchase.

Excellent Photo tool
Well built, solid, smooth, easy operation. Once set - my Nikon stays where I put it. No creeping or re-adjusting. I especially like the 3 levels along with the quick release pad. Looks cool too!

I would definitely buy this product again.
Rock solid, light weight. easy to use tripod. I have used this with my Tamron 150-600 lens as well as macro lens at 90 degree angle for flower photography. I use this with Manfrotto 804RC2 head.

Very happy with this tripod.
I use this tripod mostly to photograph artwork for artists submitting their work to juried exhibitions. This tripod is perfect for this. It is very sturdy and easy to drop the legs down quickly.

GREAT TRIPOD!
I love this tripod! It's lightweight but very sturdy and easy to use. I enjoy doing long exposures and this is the perfect tool to allow me to do that without having to worry about camera shake.

Best model in the game.
Forget ball heads. This is the head you want on your tripod. Manfrotto's handle system is by far the best, most accurate, and easy to use system I've ever used. Wouldn't trade this for anything.

Quick release not so quick
The latch for the release get stuck. The release plate keeps turning no matter what I do and the whole head unscrewed and came off.. luckily I keep my strap looped on my arm in case of mishaps

The Best I've Used
This is the best tripod head that I have owned in my 41 years of professional photography. It is well designed and should last a long time. The locks are positive and the movements are smooth.

Nice upgrade
Very nice tripod. It's a nice upgrade from the aluminum one that I've been using. Nice new features like the bubble level and the ability to slide the center column to the side for macro work.

Great construction.
I am so used to my old '70's tripod it is wonderful having something this well constructed and be so smooth. Tighten the handles and it stays. Superior quality in manufacturing. Very pleased.

Practical
I have used it on top of a large bolder and in the water, lots of trails and I think this 3 way head is what I will get for my other tripod also. I like the tension you can adjust on the pan.

Works well. Doesn't when it's windy
The tripod gets a little heavy when the 100-400mm lens is attached. Fits on the side of my camera case back pack and makes a little heavy. Easy to carry when not strapped to the camera bag.

Wow what a tripod
Replaced my ancient Art 144B which I thought was heavy and this Pro3 is even more so. Rock solid - great to have the spirit levels where you need them most. Love how the handles compact in.

Good Equipment makes life easier!

Sturdy
I use this tripod to video sporting events of my family and friends. Very sturdy and easy to use. It is very sturdy and easy to use but that comes with a price and that is not so great.

Great , easy to use
I photograph mostly outdoor/nature, so I use a tripod always. I like the ease of use of this product, especially with the ballhead.I like the positioning especially when shooting macro.

Works astonishingly well!
It looks great and I like the height of it. I'm 5'11'' and its great for a guy my size as I don't need to crouch down when this is fully extended. It's relatively light and very sturdy.
