Great little head.
Great little head. Sounds great played thru an Epiphone speaker cab loaded with a 16 ohm 12 Eminence Lady Luck speaker. Will use as backup for miked Fender Hot Rod tube amp on live gigs using the internal speaker if necessary. Small & easy to carry on road trips. Fits easily in my gig bag. Possibly use for some studio work. Great tone if dialed in properly.

Love my Purple Wind amps!
Love the simplicity and tone of the Hotone Purple Wind Plexi style amp. Works well with boosts on the input and pedals in the loop. Tone with my Celestion G12M and G12H 1x12's is very good. Using two for stereo guitar amp setup with delays.

Nice Vox AC30 style tone.
The Hotone British Invasion amp Vox AC30 style tone with a Celestion G12M 1x12 is very good. Really like it with my Brian May Red Special guitar, Fender Stratocaster and treble booster.

Vox in a pocket
I was looking for a smallish low powered amp for practice and noodling on without annoying everyone. This delivers and more, quiet enough to play through a cab without upsetting neighbors, use headphones and it's silent to everyone but you. It has a near perfect vox sound sweet and chimey to a wonderful crunch when cranked. It doesn't make me a better player just makes me play more which helps.

Plexi tone in the palm of your hand
I stopped playing my tube amp for awhile because of this tiny thing. It made my PRS SE 245 sounded like a real '59 Gibson LP. I just can't stop Led Zeppin' with it!

Surprisingly awesome little amp!!!
I was hesitant to buy this little gadget because I've been disappointed in the past by $ gear that promises big things and then turns out to be a junky novelty item at best. However, this little powerhouse delivers on tone. I piped it through a 1x12 eminence legend and it sounded pretty nice, not terribly loud though. Then I tried a vintage 2x12 with jensen c12r's and it really blew my mind. Seems almost loud enough to play a small room or at least a basement jam.
