Nice
Purchased this tripod to use in addition to my heavy aluminum Induro tripod. This tripod is used mainly for landscaped photography. As Im getting older, lighter equipment is getting more and more important. This tripod weighs under 3 pounds and 3.5 pounds when topped with a very nice Sirui G20X ballhead. This is a very nice setup to pack around. This tripod also has spiked feet when needed. A nice feature also. All in all, a nice light tripod to carry around for landscape or wildlife photography.

Good but with some small quirks
The tripod arrived promptly. Generally a good tripod. My only gripe is that the steel spikes cannot be removed to replace the spikes and baskets when I used them as trekking poles, since this is the main selling point of this tripod, that there is too detachable legs to be used as trekking poles.

good quality
I was looking for a light weight tripod to fill in for my Manfrotto 3021. This should work for what I need and the price is right.
