I chose to buy my wife a camera for her birthday as we were going to London , she was very pleased with it and took lots of pictures , it is small and compact and would easily fit in your pocket The fast track service at Argos was easy to use and I got excellent swift instore sevice , I was in and out in no time .

Nice little camera with excellent pictures
Very pleased with this camera,I had tried to buy 7 other cameras but they were all out of stock,so In desperation I ended up buying this one,simply because it was the only one in stock within my price range. I am so pleased I did,I recommend this camera to anyone who wants a good simple little pocket size camera.

Unacceptably slow
I bought this camera because two features would make it better than the camera on my iPhone: optical zoom and pixels/picture. Unfortunately the camera is unacceptably slow. It is possible to speed things upon by using a lower resolution but that defeats the reason to buy this camera in the first place. Avoid!

Great camera, professional looking pictures
This is a great camera with really good picture quality and battery life, it even includes a background blur feature which is usually reserved for more expensive DSLR cameras The only down side is that it feels slightly cheap & plasticky but this makes it very lightweight and essentially extremely portable

great little camera
Got this to take to Disney Paris with my grandchildren aged 11 & 6 because I wanted something small enough to fit into my bag and simple enough for me to use and the boys without worrying it would get broken and it proved very successful. I am very pleased with the results from this little inexpensive camera

For a friend
This was purchased for a friend of mine. As they are not very tech savvy, I had to show her how to use the camera. I personally found it pretty straight forward to operate. I am sure that she will get some very good shots with this camera. Has a good range of special settings too. worth the price paid.

Product very average
I feel for the price paid you could get a better picture quality from a different camera. Although very easy to use for a bit of a technophobe myself, the pictures I took on my travels were not as great as I had hoped for. Although it is a fair priced camera, for easy use and average picture quality.

Camera for 14 year old granddaughter
Superb first time camera for my 14 yr old granddaughter who has a great photographic eye for details and just needs a little tuition on composition. Very easy to use and fun to use. Great value for money and gives fantastic quality pics. Will have to take out a mortgage to get all the pics printed!!!

Just what we wanted
As our previous camera had packed in we purchased this one. It was just what we wanted, a camera that was easy to set up, take pictures and have a rechargeable battery. The pictures we took were excellent and you had the option to zoom in as well. A great little camera for days out and holidays.

Good camera for the price
Picture quality is good for a camera of this price range. The camera itself is very lightweight and easy to handle. There is a usb cable which can be used to not only charge but to transfer photos from the camera as well. The camera can also be charged using a laptop. All in all a good product.

Really good compact camera
The image quality of the camera is great. I own a digital slr but wanted something small for going in holiday and this camera met my needs. The size of the camera is great it's not to bulky to carry around.i like it that much I recommended it to my. Other who has gone and purchased one for herself

Surpassed expectations
I've owned this camera for a year and just bought one for my Mum. It is basic and feels quite cheap, but is very pocketable, has good battery life, a good quality lens with a useful range and above all produces superb quality photos. Amazing that such a cheap camera can produce such good results.

Very happy with the product
Bought this product for a gift and they were very pleased with the product. Very slim looking and easy to use. Only down side it that it does not come with a memory card so this will need to be purchased separately as it only holds 2 photos before asking to delete photos to make space for more.

Excellent Point and Click Camera
I bought this for my wife as she is the self appointed photographer for any event she attends! The camera is so small it fits easily in her handbag and really simple to use too. The photo quality is great for a simple point and click camera and the fact that it came in pink is an added bonus.

Sony Cybershot camera
This is an excellent camera with a quality lens and is great for taking pictures in all conditions. The price is excellent and the quality is comparable with a higher priced camera. Whilst most mobile phones have good cameras they still cannot match the picture quality taken by a real camera.

Purple Power!
A lovely light weight camera which produces amazing photos with its 20.1MP quality. Easy to use with a long battery life. My favourite feature is the ability to take panoramic views; simple to do, yet very effective. I would highly recommend this camera for ease of use and quality of photos.

EXCELLENT DIGITAL CAMERA
This little camera is very well made and looks good too. The start up time is very quick, where you are able to take that quick picture, instead of hanging around waiting for it to warm up. The facilities are far beyond what I was expecting and the navigating is very quick and clear too.

Nice little purple camera
Excellent little Sony camera, easy to use and takes great pictures, Purple colour lovely and appreciated by the lady recipient. Only concern is that the LCD screen seems to have a soft feel, not a solid feel like on other cameras, or smart phones. Time will tell on the longevity of this.

Great small size camera
Bought this camera to take on holiday takes good pictures easy to use .had to send back as my first one had an error two days after using got a replacement no problem havent used it as yet but I'm sure it will be fine. Only problem no case to protect the camera luckily i kept my old one

good all rounder
Have just recently purchased this product, all in all a good camera wonderful features for the price was the best deal around, also found that it has a panoramic feature and a pet feature which was great for me as I love taking photos of my cats, would defianatly recommend this product!

Absolutely brilliant
O. M. G Sony is my favourite manufacturer and this camera is absolutely perfect. Crisp pictures, easy to use, the zoom quality is outstanding, I got some belting pictures of my family in the sea when sitting on the beach... Omg I could go on and on... Extremely highly recommended!!!!!

Not a great product.
Sony Cybershot W830 20.1MP - Apart from the name, this camera is one of the worst cameras I have ever used. The picture quality is dreadful and thank god I had my mobile as a back up on one of my most important days. I had to return this camera as it did not live up to Sony's name.

Sony Cybershot Digitial Camera
I couldn't fault the camera, it's easy to use, I still have to explore the features, but initial thoughts are good and I will enjoy taking pictures and I love the idea that you don't need to keep buying batteries, but charging the internal battery which is included with the camera.
