So far so good!
Recently built a new PC using Intel i7-8700 CPU and the stock heat sink/fan that came with the CPU. Temps were high, but not beyond limits, and the fan struggled constantly running noisily at full speed. This new unit has dropped temps significantly and is usually super quiet. Its only been installed a few days, but so far Im totally happy with it.

Just What I was looking for....from a company I Trust....!
I built a computer to use in my audio recording business, the audio interface called for custom specs and an Intel solution for the processor, I ordered from another vendor and was sent the wrong part. Never cooler.
These cooling units reduce the upper heat overload by 12 to 15 degrees over the stock units. They were installed over a couple of Intel Haswell i7-4790's and were a fantastic investment for the money. Thank you B&H!

OEM, figured it had to meet all the heat specifications.
It's pretty quiet to me and I knew it would fit without issues. And it did just that as well as keeping the i5-6600K cool.

Great product
The fan fit perfectly over the 1151 socket and fit in a full size tower with good clearance. Lesson learned in my case all processors should have a heat sink with fan. To little cooling cause problems.

Does its job well
Installed to cool a core i7 6700K running at stock speeds (4.0GHz) haven't done much demanding work with this new computer yet but I'm sure this cooler by Intel can handle that.

Solid cooling solution
I've had this fan installed on an 1151 socket skylake i5 for about two weeks now. It's a good solid cooling solution, and keeps everything within spec even during extended fallout 4 sessions. I used the normal thermal paste that comes pre-applied to the contact plate. In my opinion there's no need to add any extra or scrape it off and use another brand. Easy to install and good design
The ease of installation and obvious design in the respect the cooling dissipation fins are located right next to the cpu for maximum heat transfer and close to the CPU as posible makes this a winner.
