Great pedal
Well made, somewhat heavy but that isn't a problem, it doesn't slip on the floor. Has nice compartment to store wound up cord when transporting pedal. I prefer it to the Boss units I've used for years.

A value that's impossible to beat
I read reviews on the FC7 pedal, and as a result purchased four for use on an organ I built. I was still surprised when they arrived and I started looking at them and handling them. They are heavy and very well built. They are also made in Japan. The none skid surface on the top of the pedal is excellent. I am very impressed with the range of motion. Well-made, Good Value
I bought the Yamaha FC7 to use with the Nord C1 organ. It is a replacement for a Yamaha FC9, which is now used with another keyboard. Because it is in constant use with the organ I needed a full-sized pedal that is well-built and smooth to operate. This fills the bill. The limited number of other pedals that might fit this description are MUCH higher-priced, so this has got to be a best value.

built solid, works well
So far so good, works like a charm, appears to be built very sturdily. Haven't taken it on the road or anything yet, but I'd be confident it would hold up. I like the extra adjustment features for standing vs sitting as well...

I've been using FC7 pedals for more than 10 years. I just gave one to a friend and needed to order another one to replace it. The pedal is well built and does the job.

I got exact what I need w/the best price

Heavy Duty
Although the pedal is inexpensive, it is heavy in weight and heavy duty. It works beautifully with my Studiologic Numa Organ.

YAMAHA FC7 is THE volume/expression peda
This Yamaha volume/expression pedal is the best made, easiest to use, most well built volume/expression pedal on the market, bar none. The FC7 is the only pedal worth buying AND B&H has the best price. I will not waste my time and/or money on buying a different pedal from anyone else. I own 44 different keyboards as a rental/backline company. These pedals go out with every keyboard and I have never had a problem, complaint, OR one come back broken. Enough said. You can waste money on a different pedal at a higher price or buy the best from B&H at a low price.

Use for Guitar Expression, Volume & Wah
I am using this for my Guitar / Midi setup. Running it right into the controller - mainly for volume boosts. For the price (especially through B&H) you just can't beat it. It has a few floor / position settings, a hard-wired 1/4 cable, and suits my needs perfectly. I would recommend this pedal for similar uses to mine.

GREAT YAMAHA QUALITY
The volume pedal is solid, sturdy,and smooth toe up, toe down action. There is a space under the foot pedal where the cord gets stored...a nice touch. This pedal is a must for Yamaha keyboard players!!

Great pedal with a very fluid motion!
Out of the expression pedals I have used, this one has been the best. It has a very easy, fluid motion. The movement range is a little more than typical ones, so it's great for organ swells. Also, this pedal has two very useful customization abilities. You can adjust the angle of the motion so that it is best suited for either sitting or for standing. Works great with my Triton Extreme
The FC7 worked out of the box, once I assigned the pedal settings to serve as a master volume controller. The product is sturdy, functionally great. I used it first time in a live gig last Fri and it worked as expected.

FC7 Foot pedal Expands Tyros Capability
I am using the foot pedal to control the volume of the right hand keys, allowing me to play softer during the singing, and louder during the solo while keeping my hands on the keys. Prior to the foot pedal I would have to do a lot of button pushing and manual manipulation, and hopefully land back on the right note. The foot pedal is great for obtaining some realistic sounds for the steel and pedal guitars. I should have purchased this much sooner. The foot pedal is easy to set up and requires no changes - out of the box.
