Exactly what I wanted

Nov 24, 2018

I purchased this item along with the LP5 pedal board as a replacement for the piano stand we lost when our house flooded during Hurricane Harvey a little over a year ago. The pedal board was the only one I found that had the same connector as the one we lost. I had previously purchased the Suzuki HDP digital piano as a gift for my wife. The stand is not a perfect fit for the piano, although it only took some minor modifications to make it work. Im very happy (so is my wife) with the results.

Looks great and easy to assemble.

Very nice finish and fit with the Yamaha P-45 keyboard we mated it with. Easy to assemble and on carpeting it definitely benefits from using the foot stabilizers that come supplied with the unit. Glad we got it.

So happy I upgraded to this stand!

This is a great stand that works perfectly with the Yamaha P series pianos. It provides excellent stability to the piano as it screws directly into it. It's slim profile is also a plus as it does not add any bulky bars to the piano as other detachable, portable piano stands would. It also comes with stability feet to prevent the piano from tipping over. Easy to install (took about 15 minutes by myself)

Looks nice in the living room

Jul 15, 2015

I use this stand in conjunction with the Yamaha P-45 that I bought for my daughter, who is just starting out on piano.. It fits the instrument perfectly and looks much more attractive in my living room than a similarly priced X brace design. It's not meant for portability so if you plan on taking the piano from room to room or gig to gig, this isn't the unit for you. I love it for what I use it for which is to support the P-45 and to look nice at the same time. It's basic pressboard construction but it seems solid and sturdy.

Perfect Keyboard Stand for My Yamaha

Apr 13, 2015

This stand is sturdy, very easy to put together and a perfect fit for my Yamaha keyboard. I like that the joining points are all metal, it feels like this will be a long lasting sturdy stand.

Great PIano

Jul 17, 2012

We bought this piano for our daughter, wanted something small that would fit in our not so big house. Not only is it the perfect scale but it's also the perfect instrument for the beginning player. It behaves just like a full size piano but takes up much less space. The action on the keyboard feels great, the sound is wonderful too. It has lots of nifty features that turn it into many different sounding instruments such as vibes or an organ. The player piano feauture is lots of fun at parties too. Highly reccommend it!

Easy and Works Great!

Jun 18, 2012

Super easy to put together and works great. FYI, the cross bar in the back is a dark gray color. Not a problem, but at first I wondered if it was a mistake. They have the same crossbar for both the black and silver models, so it's a really dark gray color to split the difference.

A must have for home use.

Nov 28, 2011

This was free as part of promotion, but worth buying as it makes a home piano out of a portable keyboard. Sure beats coffee table or folding stands. On the road, though, would be a bit bulky.

Perfect Fit for the Yamaha P-95

Aug 29, 2011

... Assembly was easier than anticipated. I could have assembled it by myself, but I had my eight-year-old help since it was for his keyboard. The keyboard bolts onto the stand nicely. It looks as though the pedals (a future purchase) should also fit perfectly.3. The stand is very sturdy and puts the keyboard at a better height than an X type stand. Accessories are included to support the stand if it does not rest against a wall.I consider this to be a mandatory accessory for the P-85/95 keyboards. Except for gigs, I wouldn't consider any alternatives.

Awesome!

Mar 1, 2011

Was using a cheap x stand when I first bought the piano. Worked for easy pieces, but too unstable/wobbly for anything that requires pressing keys harder. Stand is very easy to set up; can definitely do it with just one person and a screwdriver. Makes whole piano package look MUCH sharper, and ROCK SOLID stable.

Well Worth The Money

Jan 4, 2011

Beautiful piece of equiptment that matches the L85 perfectly. I was going to originally go with the Z stand but thought for another 40 dollars I might as well get the matching stand. I'm glad I did. It now looks like a piece of furniture that doesn't stand out like a sore thumb. It makes the digital keyboard look like a real up-right piano and fits in any decor (as opposed to a metal stand that is more fitting of a studio, than a living room center piece)

Simple, good quality stand

Jan 3, 2011

The stand consists of 3 pieces that are very easy to put together. Each piece comes with built in metal posts to screw in, so there's no strain on your hands or wrists. It's very intuitive as to how you should put the piano on the stand and to attach it. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the stand requires that you attach ugly little braces on the bottom along the back to keep it from falling over if you place the stand away from ... perfect stand for L95 digital piano

Dec 4, 2010

This stand fits the L95 perfectly. It's streamlined (no wider or deeper than the piano) and sturdy, and upgrades the look of the piano. For the home, I would not choose any other stand.

Nice stand

May 24, 2010

Bought this stand to replace the standard metal x type stand. This stand is much sturdier. It does not wiggle on the carpet like the metal stands do. Keeps the keyboard still for playing. Makes the keyboard look nicer also like it is all one piece of furniture. Would recommend buying.

Great Stand, too expensive

Jan 27, 2010

There's no argument that this is the only stand that fits this keyboard. It's a nice unit, it's just really expensive for what is essentially three pieces of wood.

Easy set up

Feb 5, 2009

Good purchase. This stand sets up easily. The keyboard sits right down into it and there are screws to bolt the keyboard to the stand (the screw holes come pre-made in the keyboard). There are extenders you can screw into the bottom of the stand to make it more flexible. If you have small children, you may still want to secure it to the wall or otherwise make it more secure. Its plenty stable for adults/big kids.
