Good Scanner
The scanner rate is good and I was able to scan fairly quickly. Quality is good. There is a problem with the software. The item scanned has to be scaled up 1000X to make it the proper size. If you have the software to do this, it is a nice inexpensive scanner.

Does not work on 99.0% of the PCs
I purchased this product and tried on 4 different PCs and spent hours with customer support and it still does not work, the device is not defective but it has to have an Intel gen 4 chipset and my chipset is too new so it does not detect the scanner - wate of time and money.,..

Does not work
I tried hooking it up to my new PC i7 Kaby Lake 64 gigs RAM DDR4 1070 Video - Windows 10 and it just locks up - a week with customer support did nothing but frustrate me. My previous PC is too old (3 years) needs generation 4 chipset so it is just a paperweight - The test program to make sure your PC is suitable said my new PC was A-OK but it is not... I have uninstalled and reinstalled and updates drivers and programs 20 times now hence my frustration and they won't take it back... Save your money and your time...
