I use these on my Sylinx ear pieces, these are longer than the foam tips provided by Sylinx. The Sylinx tips would break seal occasionally during drills. The longer length of these tips have solved the problem.

Perfect Fit

I use these with Etymotic HF5 and ER4. After using the Red and Orange foams for a long while I decided to try the Black foams for a less tight fit and they are perfect. I suggest getting a sample pack and try each size for a few weeks for best fit especially for using long term... I sometimes have my earphones in for hours at a time.
