The headset is a somewhat flimsy headset, which is reflected in the price. However the sound quality and ease of use is easily a redeemable feature. Pros: Sound Ease of use Connectivity Price Cons: Build quality Comfort I would recommend these headphones to those who need something to get the job done but don’t have a big budget.

Overall a very good item! Connects very easy
Arrived very quickly, same day I ordered it in fact. Works perfectly and connects to the Xbox one controller by the 3.5mm headphone jack. This works the moment you plug it in (I never had to tweak any settings on the Xbox itself) . Comfortable on the ears and sound quality is exactly what i am looking for. Overall a good set of headphones.

My son loves his new headset
Purchased recently to replace a more expensive one for my son and I must say he is very happy with it... He said the sound quality is very clear and it's comfortable to use and he would know.. Its on his head for hours, according to my son its a better headset than the last one I paid over twice the price for.. So if he's happy I'm happy.

very disappointed!!!!!
Bought for my sons birthday to go along side his new pc, although these are advitised compatable for various devices you have to buy an extra connector for it to connect to the pc!! Not made very clear online or even on the packaging, says in the instruction inside the box!!!! Extremely disappointed as was my son on his birthday!!!

Perfect for gaming and chat talk
The one downside to this product that I have found, is the headbands coushion not being very thick and due to this prolonged use causes your head to become saw as it is basically just the plastic on your head, besides this the ear coushions are fine and work well, the sound quality is incredible and I would highly recommend this.

Excellent with adapter
The headset is a fantastic product once you have got a stereo headset adapter! If you connect the headset directly into the controller, the headset will be useless and quiet. I would definitely recommend the product due to its comfort and sound quality. I am extremely happy with the headset and the 1 year guarantee it comes with.

I bought these as a replacement for my astros that broke. Sound quality is average - footsteps are not always clear as to which direction whereas my astros always gave clear indication. Standard design and comfort - good. Connection wire to the controller from the headset could benefit from being a few inches longer.

Very good, affordable option - top quality
Stereo headset, meaning both audio fro m the game console and audio from anyone your'e communicating with comes through the headphones, at clear, crisp volume. Through the xvox settings menu, you can change the volume of the game compared to the Party chat with friends so you can choose what you want to prioritise. Excellent.

Brilliant headset works on ps4&xbox
This is an all round excellent headset for the money. The sound quality is superb and the quality of game sounds is brilliant especially shooter games you can hear the direction of fire which is really useful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & have already recommend to friends who have also purchased and rate the headset as excellent

Xbox Headphones - no more sore ears!
Good product for my son to use while gaming - he says sound and design are better than any other headphones he has had. He specifically asked for turtle beech and although slightly more expensive than generic Xbox headphones he appreciates the improved quality and most importantly improved comfort - no more sore ears!

love this product
Bought these for my 11yr old son, who uses these for the xbox one and he is very happy with them. The quality of the product is brilliant and the sound quality is excellent too. Overall I recommend this product and even better I purchased them at sale price, although I would've quite happily bought them at full price.

Very good for price
Can't fault these at all. For price they are spot on. Jump from cheap headsets to These is huge. No idea if worth spending extra on next one up but I had these recommended to me and I'm very happy. 3.5mm connector (just and audio jack connector) so make sure your pad has that (if more than a year old it may not).

Disappointingly poor quality for brand
Bought as a replacement for hubby gamer who's had several Turtle Beach products before. These were cheap and it showed! The build is cheap plastic and they're not at all comfortable. Within about an hour they'd been put back in the box and shoved in a cupboard as a 'just in case', probably never to be seen again!

Turtlebeach fan
After buying only turtlebeach headsets for the last few years I have come to enjoy the reliability and comfort that comes with the brand. After my 3rd round of X12's died I thought I would try something new. Connectivity is easy and sound quality is good. A good all round product I would recommend to anyone.

The headphones are good.
The sound quality is fantastic. The comfort is okay, could be better as you wear these for gaming which means that you will wear these for a long time. The design could be better. The speaker on the outside of the headphone looks really fake, that is the only complaint. However they look good on the headphones.

Great
i bought the same one 2 years ago from Argos and it broke a couple of weeks ago so i bought new ones and they didn't disappoint. There as good as a £100 pair great headphones, I recommend these to any gamer out there! They also work as an ordinary pair so i can listen to music of my iPod too thanks fin

Great for gaming and better at Argos
Found these in an alternate retailer in black only. Checked on the Argos app and found them in white with green (to match the Xbox One S) and there was an offer with a free game too! Bonus! Well pleased. My son can now chat with his mates whilst searching Loot Lake or Having build battles in Tilted Towers!

Cool looking headphones
Bought these for my sons birthday. He likes the fact that you can remove the mic so he can use these with other devices. After a couple of hours of play they can be a little uncomfortable and sound is good but not ground breaking but hey they aren't top of the range. He loves the way he looks in them lol

Let down
Have had this headset twice previously and it's been one of the best I've had (I've even had £200 headsets). The one I've recently received was a replacement for my old set being broken. The sound quality is terrible. Hopefully just a faulty headset and not the entire production line for it now days.

Nice looking good value headphones
Brought these headphones for my teenage son to replace his ps4 headphones with mic, and they work well he is happy and the removable mic makes them great to use for listening to music or playing games without chat the in line mute/volume are useful too. Worth the money, look good and sound good too.

Good for price
Good headset with good sound and easy to connect (unless like me you have a xbox one and need another adapter that's not included) only thing I'd say is now its in the adapter its abit tricker to manage chat and game volume to find the best of both worlds but for the price not a bad headset atall

Great entry level headset.
Brought this after my Original headset broke. My friends had it. So I took the plunge. It's comfy and for gaming you get swept away into the game. The only point I would make is that you can hear the echo of your own voice not though the actual ear piece but due to the shape of the headphones.

Highly recommended headset for XBox One
Having pondered over which one to get I went with this one I have a Turtle Beach for my PC and I was not disappointed. Comfort, style and sound quality all come together in this fantastic headset at a great price. Highly recommended with no downside at all. Been using it for over a month now.
