Best u can get for $2000... who cares about battery chargers

Stunning video and picture quality
I've been shooting for more than 12 years with Nikon and Canon cameras and I gotta tell you that this camera is a must-have for videographers and photographers. I own also a Sony a58 and a6000 and a7II. This a 7III is a big step up from the a7II. Image quality is nearly the same. But... 10fps with shutter and silent mode. Much faster menus and response. Superior Autofocus and batterie life. More robust lens mount and much better customizable for your needs. I have a couple of Canon 5D IVs and lenses for work. I purchased the Sony a7 III and some prime lenses for my personal work and play. I've used the Sony at work for the last couple of weeks, shooting more than 3000 frames, so I can get comfortable with the system. I recently just switched from Canon and Nikon DSLR cameras to this well built and very versatile camera. It feels incredibly good quality and weight second to nothing next to a full frame DSLR. I upgraded from a Nikon D700 as my main camera, plus a Sony alpha 6000 as my "pocket" camera, to the D700 plus a Sony a7m3, so I am not new to the Sony menu. WOW Not often I take an expensive plunge in one shot , but B&H manages to take Sonys fair trade pricing and throw in a few extras. Hands down the cleanest low light images Ive ever experienced. I'm coming from a Canon 6D and the most obvious difference between the two is the autofocus system, which has been blowing my mind. Almost perfect for price point
This camera is phenomenal but it does have some quirks that keep it from being perfect. Most issues are ergonomics, for one, the menu button is on the left. I tend to hold the camera mostly in my right but have to always bring my left hand up to hit menu so I can go to the favorites menu. Also, the microphone input is butted up next to the camera strap. Camera is amazing, lens is very disappointing
Theres nothing to say about this camera that hasnt already been said, its brilliant. However, i bought this with the Vario-Tessar FE 24-70mm f/4 ZA OSS Lens. DO not get this lens option. I bought it because its f4 all the way through, and because its supposed to be dust and weather proof, but it isnt. Stunningly good pictures, with a few quibbles.
I initially thought that I would pass on this camera, until I started seeing pictures taken by it. In a word, the photo quality is outstanding. So far, I've been using a fotodiox adapter and my old Minolta Film (therefore full frame) lenses. I'll be adding an e-mount native lens soon. Don't worry ... you'll get used to the Sony menu. And buying the charger separately won't kill you. I moved from Canon, and it works for me. Sets the new standard in full frame digital
Coming from the A6000 and the first generation A7, the A7iii sets *the standard* in what you can and should expect from digital full frame mirrorless cameras in 2018.
