After last update Netflix sound died

This is a Great TV
I am very pleased with the 65 Samsung Q70R television. It is the right size for the room I have it in and the description was just as I found it to be. Buying the tv from the site was very easy and the delivery was on time and they notified me every step of the way. I purchased my last tv from B&H Photo and because of the ease in shopping there I knew I did not want to buy from anywhere else. A great tv and great service!

Excellent TV, excellent service
TV box arrived in great condition. The TV arrived flawless. The picture is wonderful and it is easy to use. The hardest thing was figuring out how to change the volume, and once we got that, it was smooth sailing. B&H had the best price and the best service even though it was an out of state purchase.

Great size and picture
Got this 85' to replace my home theater 1080p projector system. Big upgrade in picture quality and now my theater does not require a darkened room to enjoy the picture. The 4K quality blew me away. I mounted it using the Kanto PF300 fixed Wall Mount recommended by B&H which works perfect to mount this flat on the wall. I replaced my surround sound system with a Klipsch Reference 5.1 surround sound. My home theater is now truly better in image quality, sound and seating than going to the local movie theater.

Great Picture
We upgraded from a ten year old HD 1080P TV. The picture noticeably has better detail and color even on standard HD cable signals. App usage is intuitive and setup was easy. Recommended!

Picture quality leaves a lot to be desired
Bought as a replacement for our 24 y.o. TV which still worked fine but we thought it was time to upgrade. I also had older Samsung in the house and really liked the picture quality. Blasting 4K experience
Recently upgraded home theatre to 4K with the TV. Worked out of the box. Didnt have to tune the color settings for it to catch eyeball.

My only issue
I've only one issue with this TV and that's that there isn't enough 4k content out yet, a good problem to have all in all. It's not an OLED but the color is very good, deep blacks good bright spots without much visible back light bleed. All in all a very good Tv at a decent price.

Agree with other owners
Picture is amazing. Delivery service driver was helpful in unloading TV from box to insure no damage. Set up of TV was straight forward. Samsung remote is the reason for not giving 5 stars. Just not useful or easy to use. Programmed Direct TV remote as primary remote. Easy setup for Amazon Prime, Netflix, BlueRay, Bose Speakers. I have not upgraded my Direct TV to 4K yet and the current picture is much sharper than my previous 1080p. Colors are so lifelike. Reminds me of my first view of a 1080p broadcast. Sport events really amazing clarity.

Pretty amazing but it's no LG OLED
I would go LG OLED if you can, it's the best. But this is about 50% less and for that money it's really good. It definitely beats my 300 dollar 4k Samsung from a few years back.

Beautiful picture. Lousy - not smart - SmartTV software
Excellent support from B&H truck delivery to west coast and help getting the huge box up stairs. This TV has great hardware and a beautiful screen. Beautiful panel for a computer monitor
I bought this TV for my Lounge PC, and use it hooked up to windows on a Nvidia series 10 GPU. The 120hz and clarity/colour/definition from the panel is beautiful, and a big step up from my 4 year old 4k, 60hz non-HDR TV. Faulty TV
after I put the TV together I noticed that the right side panel was blocked by a multicolored slab . I called Samsung who sent a technician who said the right side led panel was broken and would not honor the warranty. The technician said it would cost about $800+ to repair -money I do not have. So now I am stuck with a piece of junk and Samsung has added to their bottom line. never purchase a Samsung product again.

Very good picture but WiFi connection lost after 5 days.
82. Quality of picture as great as expected. Not OLED but very close. Screen reflection is not perfect as more expensive models. I recommend the TV if you want picture quality as good as plasma. The reason I give 3 stars only - its WiFi. For TVs for few thousand bucks its unacceptable to have so unstable WiFi connection. Only after create very special configuration in my home router(Linksys a/n/b/g) I was able to connect. I checked an internet - so many people complaints about the Samsung TVs WiFi problems.

Exceeds All Expectations!
