Great Travel Hard Drive
This is my 3rd OWC hard drive purchase. These things are great to travel with and the case provides excellent protection .

Simple and silent
Had to clone my hard drive to an empty external HD in order to install new OS. The OWC HD performed flawlessly. It now also performs my Time Machine backup. It's simple, unobtrusive, works in the background, and is reliable.

So far, works great
Portable, lightweight and very fast. I use it for all my FCPx files. its my third OWC drive and they have all been rock solid.

Good looking, not the smallest.
A littel too big compared to other brands. The accesories like the firewire cable are very well made. A little pricey but worth the investiment.

Enough Room for Countless Projects
This external hard drive is perfect for video editing. I am a journalism student with large files to edit from everyday. Plenty of room for several years of work.

Disappointing
USB3 does not function without additional power supply on most computers. The bus does not provide enough power for 7200 rpm. I wish they specified that in the description.
