Works as advertised
Like most people here, I decided to buy a 3rd party RAM instead of making the purchase directly from Apple. B&H delivered on time and I was more than happy to install these babies on my newly purchased iMac. One or two apps became sluggish post installation so I simply switched the installation slots and that did the trick. I'd definitely recommend it.

Perfect for i9 iMac!!!
I scoured the Internet to find out how much ram would be good for my brand new 2019 i9 iMac Two of these were perfect And I got them on sale to boot! Made my computer even that much better, faster and more productive!!

OWC does it again
Well done OWC for offering a 2 piece 64Gb solution for the latest iMac. I will upgrade to 128Gb when Adobe's continued memory bloat requires it. For the moment 64Gb is an awesome upgrade from 32Gb on my late 2013 Core i7 iMac.

Works as advertised
Upgraded my 27 iMac (not Pro) from 8 to 64 GB using 4 16 GB sticks. Decided to go with the same SO-DIMMs in all 4 slots to balance the load which will maximize throughput. Apple RAM is no better and 3 times as expensive. Upgrading was easy and took about 5 minutes saving me $700. Anyone can and should do it.

Worked as Advertised
Bought a new 27 IMac with the standard 8GB RAM. Added the 64 GB for half of what it would have cost if purchased installed the computer. Installation was a snap. Love the generous RAM.

Works on 2019 27 iMac
Went to 8GB to 24GB. Worked flawlessly and easy to install, after two weeks have had no kernel panics and the computer is much more responsive.

2/3 the cost for double the memory over Apple
Picked up a 2019 iMac and for 64GB Apple wanted $1k. For $300 less, I got 128GB and contrary to what Apple is putting out, this computer rates up to the 128GB no problem.

Easy to use in an iMac 27

Brand name for reliability
you pay a bit extra for the brand name RAM for quality control and plug them in. Used to come with more instructions, including a cautionary to avoid static electricity, but those niceties seemed to have faded away.

So far so good
I ordered this to upgrade my 2019 iMac. The staff in an apple store showed me how to insert additional ram if i need to keep the originals. I placed these two ram sticks without any problems. My computer is up running without any issues.

Do-it-yourself iMac upgrade
I found out that the iMac comes stock with 8gb of RAM (2x4GB chips). So to conserve space and to allow more opportunity to upgrade in the future, I went with the 32gb chip instead of the 16GB+16GB combo. Now, I have the potential to upgrade my 2019 iMac up to 128gb down the road...and SAVE LOTS OF MONEY!
