OWC has poor customer support
OWC has poor customer support. I've had issues with one of these memory modules since I installed. With no help from OWC's support I finally was able tp diagnose that one of the chips is defective. Still waiting on how to get this warrantied. I've had good luck with OWC drives and RAM in the past, this is the firs time I had to deal with support and it was not easy. They don't even respond unless you contact them multiple times.

Great price for a great product
Product exactly as stated. Upgraded my mid 2010 MacBook pro from 2x2gb to this 2x8gb memory kit. Apple said upgrade to 2x4gb max. read a few chat boards which said would accept 18gb upgrade and this works perfectly after very simple install. significantly speeded up my laptop. great price for a great product

Works great!!
I needed to upgrade the memory on my 13 MacBook Pro and these are just right. I installed the memory myself and they fit like a glove so it was very simple. My MacBook Pro recognized the memory automatically and without any problems. It is so much faster now--I couldn't be happier!

OWC Rocks
I always use OWC for all my ram upgrades for at home and work. Only ever had an issues once and OWC quickly sent out a replacement. I purchased this ram for an older iMac and it help bring it back to life. B&H is great as always and shipped it out fast.

Worked for mid-2010 Macbook Pro Core2Duo
Info indicated these would take my mid-2010 Macbook Pro Core2Duo to 16GB. That turned out to be true and the equipment is now happily running High Sierra. Arrived 1 day early. Apparently this does not work with the I5 and I7 units so check that first.

Easy to install
Installed this by myself at home with the help of the mini screwdriver kit from OWC. RAM functions as expected & sped up my Mid-2010 Macbook Pro by a little.
