Fantastic laptop for daily use
This is a fantastic laptop for daily use. Its lightweight, but sturdy, has a beautiful screen, and is fast and responsive for web browsing and word processing. The keyboard is comfortable and the keys positioned well. It has great perks, like facial recognition and a magnetic charging cable. Two noticable drawbacks: it has only one USB port, and the Alcantara material that covers the keyboard its nice, but has the potential to get very dirty, especially the grey model.

Issues propping up [video and earphones]
I am having issues watching videos in youtube and netflix with this laptop. Videos are getting stuck in the middle and I would have to reload multiple times to make the videos start playing. Sometimes, the sound is coming out of only the laptop speakers even while the earphones are plugged in. I am going to contact Microsoft customer care about these issues asap.

Good laptop for use.
I bought this laptop to replace my old laptop. And this surface laptop is beautiful,light, quick and quiet. I have no complaints so far. I know I wont play video games on it, but focus mainly on coding. But I heard it is capable of video and photo processing, may try that in the future. Very solid device.

Nice laptop
The Surface Laptop 2 is an idea computer for students and people on-the-go. The design and construction are excellent. There is little to not like about this laptop. It comes with Windows 10 Home Edition and no bloatware. It runs silent and the battery-life is 10+ hrs in everyday use.

Great mobile office laptop
I bought the i5, 256 gb, 8 gb ram black model. Geek scores similar to my 2014 i-7 laptop. Silent in my experience, Best features for me is the 3:2 screen and the great keyboard. Confident shopping at B&H, and very pleased with well informed chat support on the site. 5 star

well built
I look at Windoze machines as I do toothbrushes; an inelegant albeit needful tool. I need something to operate an inherently clunky OS so that I can use applications only written for Windows. As such, it does an admirable job. High-resolution screen, solid case

What a Laptop was meant to be.
Lightweight fast and great appearance. Laptops were meant to be portable as this. Buying at B&H has never been a concern as they are so honest , fast, and have best prices. Free shipping and no taxes on big ticket items is a no-brainer.
