No More Batteries!
I'm typing this review from my new keyboard, and I couldn't be happier! Over the years, I've bought endless AA batteries for the standard iMac keyboard, with it losing power in the worst of times. WIth this new solar keyboard, that's a worry and expense I don't have anymore. One of the best purchases of my adult life.

What a disappointment. Keys, especially numeric are often non-responsive until pounded on.

Favorite Keyboard for MacBook Pro Hub
I use this for my MacBook Pro workstation. Keys feel good and best part is that it charges itself. Some have complained that the solar power bar doesn't work long but that hasn't been the case for me.

Great Product
I recently purchased my Logitech Wireless Solar Keyboard, and now I don't have to worry about batteries or chargers ever again. It is very easy to set up and use, and I am very impressed with the quality.

Great Wireless Keyboard
Very sleek and uses solar to run. The only thing I do NOT like about this keyboard is that the CAPS button does not light up to let you know that CAPS are on or off. Annoying, but a great board otherwise.

Good Value Keyboard
This keyboard's pretty impressive. I like the fact that it'll last as long as I have a light source. Keys look and feel good, It has a nice weight too, but I would definitely recommend a case for carrying. Setup is easy, and compatible with pairing with other Logitech devices to a single USB. 2 cons: no backlight, no caps lock indicator light. 3.5/5

Great product
Best keyboard I have owned. No batteries. Solar charger doesnt need a lot of light. I Have had one for a decade now and no problems. Bought another one for my house. The Apple made keyboards always break down after a couple years.

Poor Quality
I purchased this keyboard with the goal of having a clean, wireless desktop, and liked the idea of solar vs. batteries. The original keyboard I received, and the next two replacements had air bubbles in-between the clear plastic and the solar panels. While it didn't affect performance, it was unsightly. Very good, but you may want to have a spare keyboard handy.
The keyboard is easy to read, has appropriate travel, and has good software available for use with a Logitech mouse. However, you should download the free (if old) Mac software available from the Mac App store to measure the solar charge of the keyboard, which is probably relatively low as delivered. That way you can probably charge the Logitech to a high level, if you have a spare handy. I doubt that there will be any foreseeable need to rest the Logitech once it is fully charged.

Love the Feel
I love the touch/feel of this keyboard. Not as flat as Mac keyboard and can be adjusted so it doesn't lay flat. And I don't have to feed it batteries. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is the lack of Caps Lock light. It would be a real benefit when putting in passwords since you can see if you have caps lock on. Otherwise, great keyboard.

Great wireless keyboard
Solar powered function is great for the environmentally conscientious. The keyboard is very comfortable. My son uses it along with his laptop, which is elevated for posture purposes. Feels exactly like the Mac keyboard. The one flaw is that the numbers keyboard is on the side instead of at the top (to make room for the solar panel). This makes the keyboard quite long and limits room for a mouse to fit off to the side if you are placing the keyboard on a lowered keyboard shelf.

Best full-size keyboard for Mac
Logitech continues to make quality products. This keyboard has a great feel. In my opinion, it's much better than the new Apple keyboards. I like that it's solar powered, so I don't have to worry about replacing the batteries.

Works well
Pros: Nice slim design for afull-size keyboard. Great to have the number pad on the side. Very responsive with no lag time. Cons: no backlighting (mentioned in reviews). No instruction manual - Nothing more than a brief diagram on box on how to set-up so I nearly missed the USB bluetoothplug-in (stuck in part of the box) and there is a cover over one part of the back of the keyboard that I still have no idea what it does or how to get it off. An odd, elipticalmark under the solar panel suggest some form of coating defect, but so far no impact on performance.

Squeaky keyboard after minimal use
This keyboard's been used for probably about a month in total, but the Spacebar already has a squeaky sound when pressed in the middle :(. Separately, this may be more a Mac issue, but when the Mac goes to sleep, the keyboard is unable to wake it. It instead requires me pressing the power button on, which is kind of annoying. Previously when using a wired keyboard, or even the wireless mack keyboard this was not an issue. I do like the layout of the keyboard, and the solar feature is working as advertised.

Perfect match
I wanted a wireless keyboard with the number pad. This Logitech fit the bill perfectly. The color matched my Mac mini. I really like the soft touch keys, and the on-off switch to preserve battery life. With the solar charging panel, I'm sure it will be a long time before I need to worry about replacing batteries. It is really simple to set up. Just plug in the USB and turn it on.

Solar is Kewl!
It works well. Unifying receiver is great. I was able to use one receiver for my mouse and keyboard with no problem. The solar power works well. Even if you don't have much natural light. My only complaint is the keys aren't as nice as the full-size apple keyboard keys. The keys make a thumpy sound opposed too the clicky sound of the apple keyboard. Every keyboard should be solar powered
PROS: Solar powered, no batteries needed for life. In case if you wonder, the keyboard works right of the bat without first charging. Small profile, more desk space to work. There is a battery check button, useful to see if it needs power. There is a toggle switch that can turn off the keyboard. Very useful when cleaning the keys! This should be in every keyboard for ease of cleaning. CON: No CAPS light indication that it is on or not. No key illumination mood when working in the dark.

Better than I expected
My office is in the basement but there are a few windows (the windows face north and are at least 20 ft away from my computer). I've had the keyboard for a few weeks and it has stayed charged mainly from the overhead lights. This keyboard has an excellent feel to it and having a separate numerical pad makes it a great replacement for the Apple keyboard that came with my iMac.
