I use this mouse with Lightroom and DXO Photolab for editing pictures. The accuracy and update speed make editing much easier that the M705 mouse that I was using. Being able to program the resolution and change it on the fly also is a goo feature. I do recommend this mouse for that application

Great for medium sized hands, flawless wireless tech, top tier sensor, ambidextrous design, and even better with a Lithium AA to make it even lighter and more balanced. In the market for a top of the line mouse, then look no further.
