A Snug Fit
As others have mentioned, this case is made of a rubbery similar material to a wet suit. It has a fabric material on the outside and inside. The Manfrotto 393 gimbal fits snugly but, with care the gimbal fits nicely. You cannot just jamb it in. I agree with others that a shoulder strap would be a good idea. The 393 gimbal, in this bag or or not, is much too large and bulky to fit in a camera bag and there is no provision for strapping this bag to the outside of another bag. It is, however the only bag I have found for the 393 Gimbal.

I would get this pouch again if I needed to.
The Gimbal pouch is a little too small for the head. It is a tight fit but it works. It would be better if there were a strap attachment sewn into the pouch to make it easier to carry around when not attached to my tripod. Currently, I keep the pouch on the head which is attached to my tripod, when it's not in use. In this scenario, I have to put the pouch on upside down which makes it a little tighter to fit. Otherwise, this is a great product and I would buy another one if I had the need to.

Pouch is OK
The case holds the bracket but they should have had a flap over the pocket inside for the plate. When I open the case the plate falls out of the pocket a lot and could get lost.

Good protection
The Manfrotto 393 fits snuggly into this bag and it even has an internal pouch for the slide. It protects the unit itself and my other equipment against bumps and scratches when traveling. I would be nice if it had an external strap or something similar to be able to strap it securely onto at pack etc. Still worth the protection.

Perfect fit
This soft pouch will save wear and tear on the gimbal plus any other item the gimbal may accidentally bump against. The gimbal fit in the bag perfectly and has a little inside pouch for the Quick-Release Plate that comes with the gimbal. I recommend you keep the large plastic bag the gimbal ships in . Slip the gimbal in the plastic bag that will slip in and out of the pouch easier, and save wear and tear on the pouch.

Does Its Job
The Gimbal Pouch does its job. The pouch is made from stretchable foamy material that the Gimbal head and quick mount plate fit perfectly into. The velcro clousure is adequate. I do not have two mounting plates but I assume both would fit in the pouch, although the second plate would not be stored away in an enclosed pocket. good buy
My Manfrotto 393 fits snuggly in this bag and it even has an internal pouch for the slide. It protects the unit itself and my other equipment against bumps and scratches when traveling. Extremely light and slides into my lowepro roller. One thing I wish it had was a strap or something to hook it to the tripod bag. Still worth every cent Definitely a recommended product

Not quite what I expected .....
OK .... but not sturdy enough for my liking. The stretch, rubber (wetsuit) material is not the best choice in my opinion for the rugged mount this gimbal is. Better with a cordura/padded pouch I think. If you are using the gimbal - it probably goes with an expensive lens so I would seek a more robust pouch - even at a higher price.
