Klipsch T5 IN-EAR WIRELESS HEADPHONES - BLACK

Bad connectivity, somewhat awkward fit

I really wanted to like these headphones, but they just don't measure up overall to my Bose Soundsport Wireless for a portable, wireless solution. I tried the T5 mainly because of the aptX and aptX HD codecs, which the Bose model doesn't have. The T5 comes with a bunch of tips, but the silicone tips feel like they're jammed too deep in my ears. I went with the Comply foam for a more comfortable fit. That also helped the sound, since the odd inser... Show Moretion caused the treble to be too harsh (and for my ears to hurt after a while). But the main factor in returning these was because they had a hard time keeping a stable connection with my Samsung Galaxy S9. Even inside my house, if I walked 8 feet away, I'd start to lose the connection. Outside with my phone in my pocket was much worse, even in areas where I never had connection issues previously. Additionally, the cord connecting the ear pieces is just a bit too short for me. The mic and control module would be too far from my mouth and people couldn't hear me properly. If phone manufacturers are removing the headphone jack to push BT headphone sales (usually their own models), then phone & headphone makers need to improve the connectivity between devices.Show Less
