Amazing noise cancelling
I actually wanted the headphones for some quiet time when I want to shut out any background noise. I read the noise cancelling (NC) was really good and it turns out it is brilliant. Ive used it on the bus the difference with the NC on was amazing - love them. And sound is pretty good. Bose quality. I few times Ive thought the sound of the music sounds slightly 'boosted' or artificial compared to others but then sometimes it sounds totally fine. Overall superb headphones that I glad I've bought.

Noise cancellation not as deep as expected.
I was substantially disappointed in the capability of these earphones. I guess it is a lot to ask to have an in the ear device be as capable as I wish. My intent was to use them in a car during long commutes and in the library when researching. In the car the background air flow with windows up around my Kia Soul was cut in half, not the 70-80% I looked forward to. Definitely the best in ear noise canceling headphones
This set is great. I recently purchased them for several long haul flights. Just put them in and most noise goes away. You can also sleep in them as opposed to the bulky over the ear ones.

I would recommend this
does what it's supposed to do. sounds good. long cord. battery lasts about 16 hours. used on a 10 hour flight and really made it almost entirely quiet, I was surprised for the better when I took them out and heard the difference - how noisy the plain really is. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because the earphones slip out of my small ears (I'm 5 ft tall) and that's with the small earbuds. too bad Bose don't include more sizes.

fun to color but a few glitches with signing docs small point seems to not register, easier to print out long forms, but will do in a pinch

The headseat is ok so far, except there is obvious white noise. But maybe this is the best they can do at this price range?

Christmas present for husband
Brilliant, husband could not been happier. My husband has a condition which causes sensivity with his hearing, and these are brilliant and just right for him. Great sound and noise cancelling.

I would buy again!
Comfortable and an incredible sound. If you do not like earbud inserts and want a comfortable compact set of headphones which are easy to store and carry, these are the best. The noise cancelling works fantastic and the sound quality is unsurpassed for this type of design.

Finally bought what I wanted.
In the beginning of 2016 these earphones were $299 which was too much money although I knew the sound was the best. Sometime during the year they went to $249 and around Black Friday I received an advertisement that the price was $199. I bought them immediately and I am very happy I now have the Bose QC 20 earphones. Their sound is definitely superior.

Love these. High quality. Noise cancelling is miraculous!
Use the product daily. It's remarkable what a difference the noise cancelling makes. The headphones are one of the very few that I've found stay in my ears. They work when not in noise-cancelling mode, but they don't sound like anything special. There is a slight increase in the noise floor at high frequencies (a hiss) when noise cancelling is on. It's really not that significant, but is made a little more noticeable because the rest of the noise floor is lowered so much (esp at low frequencies). I highly recommend. If these last (which I suspect they will) then they will be worth their price.

I have all the Bose noise canceling headphones from Bose from qc15 to qc35, I have two of the same and they're not as good as the qc15

These improved the quality of my life: no noise = no fatigue
Best noise cancellation earbuds I have ever used. Now I take them with me everywhere to shield myself from traffic noises, police sirens, construction, crowded restaurants and the loud guy screaming into his cellphone. As soon as I flip on the noise cancellation switch, the music seems to pop out, loud and clear. Sometimes I even walk by a construction site listening to ambient environmental sounds, like rain and thunder.

Very good at canceling noise, not so good at capturing it
The Bose QuietComfort 20 is very good at canceling noise, even the variable noise of a noisy office. But, although it has a microphone, it does not pick up your speech very well or isolate it from the background, so it is almost unusable for conversing on a phone or a softphone in a noisy environment.

Exceeded expectation
I hated wearing large noise-cancelling headphones on airplanes because it was impossible to comfortably rest my head to sleep. Amazing In-Ear Headphones
This is the best noise cancellation earbuds that I try. I worry about the durability because many people talk about its quality, and I agree with it. The product cable seems easy to break. However, when you try the noise cancellation function, you will experience the new world. P.S: I'm still afraid of breaking this product because of the price.

Sound great
The noise canceling is amazing, I use the QC20 at work and when I turn on the noise canceling I can't hear any workplace noise, if I want to hear what's going on around me I can use the aware mode. They also sound great!

Great Noise Reduction
Like other reviewers I'd say the Noise Cancelling is outstanding, amazing. OK, my first pair of noise cancelling earbud/headphones. Sound quality with Noise Cancelling on is good, without it not so great. That's if you a/b on and off. Superb - Compact - In Ear Headphones
The sound quality of these headphones is excellent. The noise cancellation technology is simply amazing. Fit the proper size ear buds (included) for your ears and these are super comfortable for long periods of time. I'm impressed with these earphones as a nice compact option to travel with, not deal with the airline noise and still have excellent sound quality

Manufacturing quality as expected
Overall the product is of quality and very satisfactory. One two caveats: It doesn't seem to charge while set on noise reduction mode and connected to a smartphone (Xperia Z2) and charging has to be done set as OFF or directly to a power plug. Second, but this is I guess due to acoustic laws, in a train some sudden high pitch noises induce a crack in the noise cancellation counter effect. Other than that, I'm a happy customer.

Noise cancelling and sound quality at excellence.
There is not a doubt that I loved the product. Noise canceling is just amazing and quality of sound is much better than what I was expecting. There is just one thing I did not like about the product. That's the noise canceling device (rectangular bar and has a button to turn on noise canceling) attached right next to 3.5mm jack. I usually listen to music through my phone while commuting locally. My phone remains in my pocket, the device is not easy to put in pocket and be attached to phone at the same time.
