After using turtle beach and Triton gaming headsets exclusively over the years I took a punt on the Astros, was not disappointed. Easily the most comfortable headset I have ever used. Fantastic sound quality, the astro command centre application on laptop/PC is a little bit finicky but an absolute must. 10/10 would buy again.

The Astro A50 headphones are absolute quality!!

The sound quality / surround sound of these headphones is out of this world.. You can tweak / adapt all the settings to your own specific requirements. They are Nice to look at too.. & you definitely get a quality sturdy product for your purchase (not cheap and flimsy like most on the market ) Was Very easy for my boy to set up too. You get the absolute quality you're paying for.. Highly recommended by me!! 10/10

Look and sound good easy to tune in on pc too.

A all round good headset just a little over priced, great dolby surround sound, can be tuned to here footsteps on games like Rainbow Six and battlefield has 3 preset settings so less time spending on the pc tuning them to the specifications you like. Dont like the fact that the upgrades to the headset are sold separate and are recommended ie: if you dont want the person next to you hearing everything happening lol...

Amazing headset

This headset has just replaced my razer thresher ultimate (connection issue after 8 months) Similar priced headset , but sound quality definitely better on the Astro. the comfort is superior on the razer )don't love the foam ear pads) but you can buy a mod kit for the Astro to replace these for leather ones , this is an extra £40 though on top of an already heavy price tag , but I personally think more of the build has gone on sound quality and it shows. Love both but Astro pip them.

Excellent headset great quality easy connection

Well worth spending the extra money on this headset you can’t fault it easy connection great quality I wish I had bought this headset years ago would’ve saved me so much trouble I have been gaming since the 70s and this is by far the best headset I have ever owned

Great Headset

Great Headset. Controls are simple to use. You do need a PC or Mac to configure the headset and the configuration is very granular. The default is ok but recommend connecting to a PC or Mac to configure to you personal taste. friends say I sound great too. worth the money.

Fantastic surround sound accuracy!

Upgraded from gen one A50’s and these are as good for sound if not slightly better but not much change design wise since first released. What is definitely better is the fact that it now has a charging base with a handy battery level indicator built in and the fact that you no longer need a wire from the controller to the headset for chatting online! Only slight niggle is that Astro sell a comfort pack that for headsets at this price should be included! Overall very happy

Astro A50 Wireless Headset

I love this headset I always prefer wireless so opted for these and I'm very pleased. They are very comfortable and stylish. The wireless connection is flawless I've never been disconnected once. The volume on these are super loud and hearing footsteps etc is perfect. I use these daily for COD, PUBG, RAINBOW 6. I have nothing negative about this headset so far very happy with my purchase.

Astro A50

I've just returned my 800x for these as they had a static noise so i had to keep resetting them to get them to function normally. I was originally going to get the astros but i couldn't justify the extra £100 price tag over the turtle beach. So if anyone one is looking for an upgrade these are top quality and leagues infront of the 800x The only dowside is that there is no Bluetooth Connecifty

Amazing sound and comfort

Great headset for Xbox One and PC easy to connect with only two wire to the base station. The headset is fully wireless and comfortable. Sound quality is so good it changed how I play FPS games as footsteps and gunshots are easy to identify and react to. The headset itself has a unique design that will not be to everyone's taste.

I am so happy with my Astro A50 the best head phones I ever brought the 7.1 surround sound is so good it’s like being in the cinema and watching movies it blows my mind how good thay are the sound is clear and when you play games you no where ever one is on a Battle Royale Game or even call of duty i will Recommend this to a friend Best gaming head set I ever owned

Best Xbox one headset

I have tried many headsets over the years. I have learnt you get what you pay for with headsets, before this i used the cloud 2s for Xbox one. I found these great, especially with Dolby Atmos enabled on Xbox one. But they lack finesse, the A50s though are punchier with bass and the surround sound literally makes me check behind me whilst playing. Thanks to the incredible Dolby 7.1 and the light weight comfort makes you forget your wearing them. Worth every penny.

These blow turtle beaches out the water. Never again shall I buy anything but astro’s. Comfort is up there along with build quality and sound quality.

Sound and Comfort Excellent

Really comfortable Sound is clear, full for in game music and explosions. Loud and bass is great. Immersive for multiplayer, allows enemy footstep locating easier which has improved my gaming. Brilliant for movies also. Charging is convenient but sometimes headphones connectors need to be re-positioned on the base station for charging to start. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase. They are expensive, but the quality is there and would recommend.
