Great product.
No surprises. This is my second Mac so setup and use was simple. My only concern is the size of the drive at 128GB. I know I could connect an external drive but that defeats the purpose of having something easy to carry around. with a MS Office and a few other simple things installed, I'm down to about 84 Gigs.

GREAT Laptop
The MacBook Air is the perfect size for travel. The retina screen allows me to do photography things, like Photoshop and On1, with the same excellent results that i get on my home iMac. The processor is fast. I recommend getting the 16GB Ram upgrade so that simultaneous programs an be run. Excellent product!

Fast shipping
I bought this laptop for my niece. It was over thanksgiving so the price was a good deal. Shipping was fast and convenient for checking. I picked it up at a Walmart FedEx close to where I live for safety and it worked out great. I wish the storage could be larger but given the price, I could not ask more.

I was temporarily in the US (VT) and needed a new computer, fast. Sensible choice for Mac users
This laptop lives up to Apple users' expectations, as far as quality of build, speed, screen, and every other aspect I can think of. The OS is outstanding. Touch ID works well. Trackpad is excellent. Keyboard is an acquired taste, but I'm already used to it. Would definitely but it again.

Christmas gift
I bought this 13.3 MacBook Air for my wife after her surgery. She loves it. The size is perfect and light weight. The image on the screen is outstanding. She will have many years of use with this Apple product. B&H delivered it well ahead of time and days before the actual delivery date.

Hate Apple's new keyboards
The keyboard is absolutely terrible. Really hard to work for long periods of time with comfort. Miss the old laptops. Also miss having ports. Dongles are so annoying and just one more thing to think about and lose and forget about. Otherwise works as expected... the weight is great.

I was hesitant to buy this at first because I usually prefer buying from the actual apple store, but this is a pretty good option too! Especially since I got it the same price as those that were on sale during Black Friday even though black friday was over! Legit website!!

Small but Mighty
So far, so good! I love the look and feel of this computer, particularly the lightness in weight. The keyboard is easy to use and extremely touch responsive. Photos look great on it! I also love the fingerprint touch access button, so fast and easy. So far, I love it!

Very Fine
It looks great, and seems to perform well, though it's not quite as responsive as my old 2013 11 Air. Screen settings are a bit strange, but that's no doubt due to the ridiculously-high resolution of the Retina Display. But overall, I'm very pleased with it.

my last Mac was a 2010 MacBook Pro 17, and the improvement in Mac laptops in the past nine years was immediately apparent. Fast, light, with incredible battery life and an astonishingly good screen, with ultraHD resolution. A great bargain and a joy to use!

Worst Apple Product
I dont know if this was refurbished but this MacAir is the worst. Video and music streaming is soo poor. I had to restart when watching movies on Amazon and Netdlix, or just listening to Amazon Music. Dont buy this!!!
