Makes a nice tiny hyper for on-camera and interior dialogue
So far I've been happy with it. Purchased this to use with my SE300b power module. I have used it on a boom for interior dialogue and have been happy with that, also have it mounted on my camera for short range pickup sound. I wasn't too keen on the sound of the ME64, and am willing to forgo better battery life out of my pre-amp for a richer sound quality. So far so good, the AKG stuff is nice - and best of all it is crazy durable.

Part of a great mic setup
After quite a bit of research. listening to tracks...renting mics...I settled on the blue line and the ck93 for my Hyper microphone. I was a fan of the modular design as I can switch it off for my cardiod (ck90) very quickly if I need to. Both elements sound great, have a very low self noise and accept boom handling very well.

Excellent for recording in studio
I use this with the AKG power module on my Sony FX1 with a juicedlink converter. It works great in studio and we also use it on a boom pole on occasion. Significantly better sound than the built in cam mic and all at a great price!
