I had a number of issues with this installation. It could have been because I had an older Raid enclosure. I tried second cables and brand new drives. but whatever drive was in slot 4 kept failing. I finally went with another solution. Tech support for Highpoint will get back to you via email but it takes around 24 hours. I have had great experience in the past.
