There was some whining about dynamic range when the MK2 came out. With all the post processing options today, that seems like a moot point. Solid hardware, plenty of EF lenses & third party alternatives, great sale price.

Great camera
I had an 80D, but wanted a full frame camera, so I upgraded to the 6D Mark II and never looked back. I don't shoot video, so not having 4K isn't an issue for me. That being said, the small amount of video I have done with it has been great. I mainly shoot nature and landscapes, and the 6D Mark II does a wonderful job. The flip around screen is very helpful in many situations to get that right shot. I also purchased the battery pack for extended shooting time. Couldn't be happier with this camera. I don't feel it's getting the great reviews it deserves. Another great from Canon.

Affordable full-frame
After owning a crop sensor Canon for many years, I decided to upgrade to a full-frame camera. The menus are consistent with my crop sensor which made it easy to use my new 6D for a shoot just one day after taking it out of its box.

Doing OK so far.
I have an older 7D MII that needs rehabbed and got this to use while that is away. Currently it is sharper than the 7D on images. The color is OK (like the 7D) It is better than the 70D I have and as good or better than any of the other bodies. Its shutter is has a rougher noise than the 7D and I expect it will not last as long as the older camera has. It has no built in flash and only has one memory card slot. Tank of a Camera!
Just upgraded from a Canon Rebel T6 and could not be happier. Yup, it's heavier and bigger than a mirrorless but I think its perfect and it does everything I want it to do. This image quality is great, still learning the auto focus modes....Ill get there...No regrets buying this camera.

My new favorite dslr
I was hesitant on getting it since all the bad reviews online and even calling it the worst camera of 2017 but all of them were just criticizing the spec sheets rather than actually trying it out in action. A very affordable and lightweight full frame camera, and even better since I upgraded from my canon T3i after 5 years with it , who cares if it doesnt have 4K , just do what it was made for: taking pictures.

Best Camera for the Price
While not as great as the 5D Mark IV, the 6D Mark II is the best budget full frame camera out there. I've also used the original 6D but the Mark II shoots much crisper images.

Love this camera!
I must admit I was a little nervous reading reviews about the dynamic range of this camera. I shoot RAW and wanted to make a move to full frame though, so I gave it a try. I have not experienced any dynamic range problems throughout a variety of shooting conditions and have had no problem with noise or detail when opening shadows or taming highlights. I have yet to shoot it in really bright conditions because I live in Minnesota and it is December (ha ha). I am very happy with the quality of this camera!

Best thing I have done!
I started with a digital Rebel. Then moved up to a 20D, then 2 50D's. I have had a hankering for a full frame for some time. When B&H offered the deal on the 60 Mark II I just couldn't resist it. I am totally Blown Away by the difference in this new camera. It does stuff I never even hoped to be able to do. Only drawback it's going to take me a long time to learn all of it! Bill

Great upgrade
The Canon EOS 6D Mark II DSLR camera proved to be a great upgrade to my Nikon D3100, which I started out with as an amateur. I bought it together with and 85 mm lens, which I am also extremely satisfied with. The quality and ease-of-use make this camera a my favorite investment.

This camera takes amazing photos at a great price for a full frame camera. The size of the camera is approximately the same as the 70/80/90D cameras. Low light performance is great. There isnt much to complain about when it comes to taking quality pictures. My only complaint is with the button layout on the back. Excellent pro-sumer camera

Replacement for 5D mk2
As the title says , I got this thing to replace a 5D mk2 that I've had for nearly 10 years . Still works fine , but it's on borrowed time . While the new camera is a bit lighter and a bit smaller , the differences between the 2 aren't that great . There's lots I like about the 6d2 .
