Great for video editors
I did what you're not supposed to do and plugged this thing straight into my workstation without a switch and am using it like a DAS. Because I don't have thunderbolt and even if I did this solution is much cheaper than alternatives like Lacie RAIDS. I populated it with four HGST 10TB 7200rpm Deskstar NAS drives in RAID 6. And I get sustained read speeds of 900-1020MB/s. Which means that this NAS is perfect for editing 4K Raw video. So far I am very happy.

It's Early in Ownership..But
It's working as advertised. One of the key reasons I went to a NAS was to get some of the autonomy with cloud syncing and other operations. The management structure is easy to use through the browser, and I'm impressed with the stability and speed. I sync with G-Suite and it's working great. Time will tell. I'm using WD RED Pro drives.
