Product ok, support baaaaad

Whatever you do, hold on to your Product ID. I have used the Photoscore product for over 5 years, and it was quirky but had its uses. Anyway, my husband bought me a new computer, and when I went to install the program onto it, it asked for my Product ID. Well, I no longer have it (it's been 5 years!) I'm almost certain I registered the product, but they could not locate me in their database. I called the company (in London, no less!) They didn't ... Show Moreanswer, (no surprise) but emailed me back the next day. After much email correspondence, they let me know that without a receipt or product ID, they could not help me. I can't even upgrade, I would have to pay full price! Nice racket they got going. I am very disappointed in this company.Show Less
