Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 IF ED UMC Lens For Nikon with AE Chip

A Great Wide Angle Lens
I was hesitant at first to buy this lens with only a few reviews, but since my purchase I've been very pleased. shows promise but my copy fatally flawed
Nicely built. My copy had excellent sharpness in the center and right side of the frame but left side was very blurred. In addition, infinity focus was at 2M focus mark. Apparently many others have experienced the infinity focus problem. Exchanged hoping to get a good copy.

Amazing bang for buck..
If it weren't for the infinity mark being so way off the mark, I would have given this lens a full 5/5. This is easily overcome by figuring where the line should be and drawing it I guess. Otherwise, amazing image quality, edge to edge. The distortion exists. But can be overcome with a few nice lens profiles out there. A joy to use this lens on full frame camera.
