Great tripod for all around.
I use the Mefoto Roadtrip Tripod from all my landscape photography. I hike through the Sierra's and its easy to carry. The different way it can stand and maneuver the legs around makes it easy for getting the right shot for my camera. I haven't found anything wrong with it yet.

A Very Nice Tripod
This week I decided to try my hand at some macro shots. The RoadTrip allowed me to easily position my camera in interesting angles and get close to my subject. I also used the RoadTrip to film a few videos and found the ball head easy to use.

Mefoto road trip travel tripod
I bought this lightweight travel tripod to use for travel with my Nikon D7100 and 18-300mm lens. I specifically wanted something lightweight. It is light, comes with a travel bag for the tripod and easily maked into a monopod. I'm not keen on the center post. never have liked it with any tripod. This tripod works very well as long as you don't extend it to it's maximum heigth, then it gets a bit shaky. All in all, for what I wanted it for, it does a great job and at an inexpensive pride. I would recomend it to others.

Good for travel, but need improve
It's very light and short, fit in my carry-on perfectly. Excellent to carry for traveling. The design is good. Legs are stable at normal condition. The quick release is kind of bad. It's so hard to screw it tightly. When I put the camera on vertical position, it cannot hold the weight and the camera would move. It's better keep a quarter by hand to tight it firmly. Fingers won't work.

Best travel tripod..my go to tripod
I have been frustrared with my Manfratto pro tripod.Heavy and too big to carry on trips.So I took the plunge and got the MeFoto roadtrip. I've had a chance to take this tripod on several wildlife photography trips. I thought that I might be cheating myself a bit due to the price, but I have been pleasantly surprised. Great tripod
I purchased the MeFoto tripod about two weeks ago and so far I am really pleased with it. It is fairly light, it fits into my backpack and once the legs are fully extended it's close to my sight level (I'm 6.2''). I found that the leg system is really easy and fast which helps deploying the tripod in the streets. Perfect for me.
This tripod is perfect for my needs. I have to hike to the places that I want to photograph and having a light weight triopd that folds to 15 is great. I've used it for ground level macro and full height with a gimbal head. It adjusts easily and is stable enough for the gimbal and a 150-600mm lens. I would recommend this tripod for anyone who travels or does a lot of hiking.

Excellent Travel Tripod
I was looking for a good tripod for hiking and was debating between this and the Globetrotter (agonizing decision). I decided to go with this only because it's lighter and I'm very, very happy I did. This tripod is STURDY (when fully extended), stylish, and more than tall enough (I'm 5'11). I don't think I would've been happy carrying another extra pound had I purchased the Globetrotter. Go with this and you'll thank me.

Travel Tripod
My recently purchased MeFoto Road Trip AluminumTravel Tripod Kit (Orange) worked like a charm. I'm returning from a trip to Alaska and my tripod helped me capture some amazing photos. This tripod is well worth the purchase. I highly recommend this to other photo enthusiast who travel.

Great tripod for any use
Excellent product. Very versatile in all conditions. I was out shooting the desert shooting the milky way and the wind was blowing pretty good and the sturdiness of the tripod was great.

Extremely capable tripod
After having used this tripod for the past couple of weeks, I have found it to be exactly what I was looking for. The Roadtrip is compact, lightweight, and so far durable. This tripod is extremely stable for it's size, and I have thoroughly enjoyed using it.

Seems sturdy, is easy to use.
I just received the tripod and have only played with the it in the house. It seems sufficiently sturdy. It is also easy to use and; if a tripod can be semi-stylish, the fact it comes in array of color options make it so.

Great tripod/monopod combination
Great tripod/monopod combination. Compact, lightweight and sturdy. I am 6'2 and was worried that it would not extend high enough. Well, it does. Be aware that there is no leveling bubble.

Great travel tripod
As small and light weight as advertised. It has all the features that you expect and a lot more, for example the ability to convert it to a monopod. Would not recommend using it with a heavy setup. I bought it specifically for traveling as well as the fact that I use a mirrorless setup with a 35mm lens. Which it is perfect for.

Good solid tripod
I'm looking forward to running my cameras on this. It was recommended to my by a full time photographer friend, and I trust his judgement. If feels sturdy and well constructed, and it is really easy to flip into its different modes. I've used worse tripods that cost more, but this one seems on track with a Bogen in the $$range. It's not as light as carbon fiber, but that's the cost trade off. It's not a big trade off either.Time and trials will tell though.

Great Product, Met my Expectation
I needed a light weight tripod for travel and this MeFOTO met my expectations. Perfect fold up size and good flexible ballhead. Also the monopod was easy to remove for use. Very steady with my 70-200mm lens. I was able to use it with my Canon 100-400mm lens also.

Very well built, Light enough for hiking
I bought the RoadTrip right before a vacation to southwestern Utah. I'd never really used a tripod for landscape photography because I'm usually hiking or backpacking and didn't want to deal with the extra weight. Needless to say, having the tripod really opens up a lot of exposure possibilities. Perfect for travel
This is the perfect travel tripod. It is light and compact. Also at this price, it can be packed in you checked bags and would not be a major tragedy if lost. It is all you need for a mirrorless camera. I use it with a Fuji XT-1 and it is plenty stable. The monopod option is also nice for those who use it.

Travel Tripod is terrific
Do you know sometimes when you are out shooting you wish you had a light weight tripod, one that you can just carry without much fussing? Well this is the tripod for you then! I've got big heavy equipment and this tripod delivers on the fact you can comfortably put your big cameras on this tripod. I highly recommend this light weight but sturdy tripod.

MeFoto Tripos
This tripod/monopod is extremely well build and very useful. i have used in both configuration. In the monopod set up I used it to take photos of a grade school theaatrical production and the results were amazing. I would recommend this a a very compact and useful addition.
