Can't get it to do what I want

We are trying to use this for a couple different uses in the office. for simple scanning from the pc it works great. However, I cannot get it to scan invoices to a cloud storage account and tech support is only available during business hours & would require me to restart my server as part of their process. That would take down all of our cash registers in the business. Also I called an hour before tech support was supposed to close and they were quite rude because they were getting ready to go home
