Lectrosonics L Series LT Bodypack Wireless Transmitter (A1: 470 to 537 MHz)
Excellent Transmitter
I upgraded from the Sennheiser G3 Wireless system to the Lectro L series for documentary work. I use this with the Lectrosonics BCSLEBN Spring-Loaded Belt Clip as it provides a much more secure attachment to the talent than the clip provided. This system provides a huge improvement in audio quality and range as well as being much less prone to dropouts. I have always been able to find a clean frequency whenever I scan. Highly recommend.

Great value
Having owned Lectro SmQV transmitters, I like this better. Tough build, easy getting the infrared channel from the LR. Buy it you will be light years ahead of all the sub $1K junk. Quality audio is the first thing you look for in a quality production.

Far Exceeds the Sennheiser G3
I put off upgrading from the Sennheiser G3 and now I regret how long I waited. Lectrosonics are expensive, but the sound quality and reliability far exceeds what Sennheiser offers. These are built to last.
