The easy to use temperature control is good, however it's a little frustrating having to cycle up through all the options to the top temperature compared to a classic temperature dial. Good weight to the iron and the steam function is very powerful. Overall a good purchase for the price and is decidedly better than my old iron!

Being a male I'm still trying to get the best out of this iron I keep touching the colour button when I'm ironing but apart from this it's ok

I had to renew our iron because the old one was over 20 years of age! This is a considerable improvement. Nothing is going to make ironing a pleasure but this certainly helps. The only niggles I have is that when it is on 'steam' it uses the water very fast and needs replenishing often. Also the way I grip the handle means that I sometimes alter the iron setting. This may just be me but I do find this quite irritating. Having said that it irons well and was very good value for money

Heats up really quickly, in about 40-45 seconds, steam function is excellent delivering plenty of steam so the iron glides on the cloth and does a fabulous job pressing it to a smooth and creaseless finish. Minimal effort needed to use it. Four heat settings, you normally do not need more than these on any conventional iron anyway. It beeps and shows a light at the top when it's switched on (non heat setting), a different coded light for each setting as well.

I am in the first time in my life by myself with kids. So whatever I a buying, I need to check deeply and I always take guarantees. This Iron was my first choice when I clicked IRON. 1)DO his JOB and EASY to be used 2) beautiful 3) love the design / colour . GO FOR IT and take the 3 years guarantee (lucky me I was on sale)

This iron is quite light and easy to hold. It irons well using the steam function - however I would have preferred to be able to use the steam on a lower setting. That said, I do really like it and ironing is a doddle! The flex is shorter than my last iron, but not so much that it's difficult to use. The temp gauge is excellent as it's in a position (on top of the handle) where it doesn't get accidentally knocked. I have only used it a few times, however I'm really happy and would recommend it.

The iron irons very well. Like the colour and it is light weight. The only downside is you have to select “temp”!after turning on the iron as it will not heat up otherwise. Also to make it hotter you need to keep pressing until you get the right colour. Am not sure what temperature is pink. The colours indicate the temperature of the iron

As my old iron let me down in the middle of my ironing, I kind of rushed to order a new one and chose one available to collect immediately. And what a pleasant surprise when I plugged in my brand new iron, heard the beeping sound and saw the coloured lights. Good size water tank, not too heavy, good sliding sole. And, the iron "pauses" if not in use. Very good purchase.

The iron doesn’t heat up at all so I’m not even able to use it.

The iron is fab, hence the overall rating, but my grandma who I purchased it for struggled to understand what heat was being represented by the different colours of light strip, as she could not easily distinguish the colours on the colour key which is placed either side of the coloured light strip. Possibly it needs to be brighter colours for those shown on the key but otherwise the product is faultless. Lightweight and easy to handle.

I previously bought one for my mum which works great. Even after lots of use, the bottom plate hasn’t rusted unlike some other irons and the auto turn off feature gives you peace of mind. I have just bought myself one. Great iron.

On my other iron it had a dial which you turned to the one,two etc dots and on the dial was written on what fabric you use at the different temperatures. With this iron it has the dots ,colours light up to show you what temperature you are at but not what fabric do you use at that temperature. So then you have to look at the instruction manual ! On the book it says 'Removes the guesswork' with the colour display, does it ! Couldn't the fabric info be placed on the iron to remove the guesswork ?

This is a great iron. The temperature buttons took a bit of getting used to (opposed to a dial) but i’m used to it now. Heats up quick and irons well. The cord is very long which is great. For the price - this is a great buy.

Wow what can I say .. I can iron anything from 30-70 items a day , I have used £200 irons and steam presses in the past however this beats them all by far. This iron has reduced my ironing time by half yes HALF, it has different colour options for different materials and heat settings and by the flick of a switch you can go back and forth from dry heat to constant steam. I have in fact purchased another one of these irons as a back up.

I purchased this mainly because it was very light but it has surpassed my expectations. Glides very easily, rollerball cable is very useful. Colour coding easy to understand. Overall very pleased.

Great little iron, does exactly what it says on the tin. Like the idea of colour coding its different heat temperatures. Holds a fair amount of water or ironing water, whichever you prefer. Glides well over different materials. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this iron as my last one just gave up. Used for first time yesterday and got through my huge weekly pile of ironing with no issues. It has quite big water tank for an iron which does make it heavy when full but I prefer this to needing to top up throughout ironing which I've had with previous irons. Black cord which I prefer as white can soon look grubby. All in all a good iron for the price.

This glides over the clothes and does a really good job, I have not found it too heavy and I am very pleased with the steam function. What I do find wrong with the iron is the direction of the water spray I find too high and the water does not hit the material but even goes off the end of the ironing board.

This iron looks good and feels good in your hand. It's really sturdy on its base. Big water tank which is great as you don't have to constantly top up. I do like the colour coded temperature options and although I had to look them up the first couple times, I got used to it quickly and it is an instant visual reminder. The steam function works really well, was happy with that. Only negative was that the water jug was broken when it arrives so it wasn't packed particularly well. Would recommend.

Stylish looking iron, if there is such a thing, bought this to replace a stream generator iron. Pleased with performance, irons well, I like the different colour light features to show different temperatures. Good value bought when there was an offer on irons.
