RRS discontinued their Safari Clamp some time ago. See Image 1. A Safari clamp wannabe can be constructed from just three items available from B&H. Item one is the Novoflex NEIGER 19 Ball Head, part NONB19. See Image 2. Item two is a 3/8-16 stud from Bushman, part BUMA. Item three is the RRS Multi Clamp, part REMPNODPTERS. This clamp is extremely well designed and well made. It's a bit expensive for what it is; at this price the foot pads should be included, not an expensive add-on.
