Only An USB Interface; No Working Knobs, Dials, or Switches

I purchased this thinking I would have some type of tangible way of interfacing with the ZOOM Software; in other words I thought the knobs, switches, and LCD Screens were functional and allowed me to interactively control the Zoom Software; I WAS WRONG. This gadget has a USB Port, A headphone jack, and a cheap volume pot. The rest of this is cheap plastic dummy pedal that does nothing except try to look like an actual guitar effx pedal.
